Christina Aguilera has officially filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” with Jordan Bratman.  Aguilera doesn’t want to give up anything either.  There is a prenup, so she’s pretty well protected.

She has requsted that the  ”Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation” be considered separate property, TMZ reports.

The date os separation is September 11, 2010…. that’s memorable.

Aguilera does not want to give Bratman any spousal support but is willing to have mjoint physical and legal custody of their son Max (2.)

Bratman is crying she cheated, she’s not commenting.  Either way, I don’t think they’ll remain “good friends.’
