JetBlue – Steven Slater Gets 1 Year in Queens

Former JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater was just sentenced to one year.  One year in a mental health program in Queens.  He pled guilty to two criminal counts of criminal mischief. He was also ordered to pay up $10,000 in fines once he graduates from the program.

Is Slater really mental?  Or is this guy a great actor who just dodged seven years in prison for getting super pissed on an airplane?

Dancing With The Stars – Judges Ruin Theme Song Night

I am getting the feeling that I wasn’t the only Dancing With The Stars fan who felt let down last night.  It was TV theme song night but it felt more like ‘judges be harsh and completely crusty’ night.  Seriously, each of them acted like they had something lodged to their butts.

The first half hour of the show was a total time filler, waste of time.  I thankfully didn’t start watching when it first aired, so I was able to fast forward through it.  But come on!  Shorten the show’s length, don’t drag us through that!

The scoring in my mind was all off.  The judges were jerks.  They make them dance to theme songs and then come down on them for “acting” their parts.  Whatever.  I hope they watch it back and learn a lesson.

Skating With The Stars Cast Revealed On DWTS

Bristol Palin was great.  I loved how she put herself out there.  I really hope that she makes it through tonight.  I love her and Mark together and I am not ready for it to end for them.

Jennifer and Derek were killer once again, yet you would know that from the judges.

Audrina and Tony actually left me really disappointed.  They are my faves next to Jen and Derek, so their performance was weak to me.  I felt like they were standing still half the time.  I don’t know, it just wasn’t up to par.

Any thoughts from you on last night’s letdown?

Smokey New ‘Green Hornet’ Poster

Here’s the first poster for the upcoming film The Green Hornet written by and starring Seth Rogen.

It’s unfortunate that this movie got pushed back from being a summer release to a January release of next year. It’s never a good sign when movies are released in January, usually they are all junk. Michel Gondry is a great director, but he’s had some misses, I get the feeling this is going to be one of the bad ones on his list.

‘The Fighter’ Poster With Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg

Here’s the first poster for the upcoming drama The Fighter starring Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg.

Simple poster for a movie that looks completely simple in premise. I’m really not excited in any way about this film and I’m a boxing fan. Star power is the only draw for this movie, not enough to make me want to see it.

The Jon Bon Jovi Smile

Jon Bon Jovi and Dorothea Hurley have been married for 21 years and are still going strong.  They even like each other enough to still shop together.

This super sweet couple was seen out in out shopping together in Soho, NYC enjoying each and the city.  I love that they have lasted so long.  But if I was lucky enough to be Dorothea, I’d never get sick of that hunk of a man and his sexy smile.  Yum.  Talk about a daily dose of eye candy to wake up to, regularly.
