Michelle Williams wore a stunner of a gown for the premiere of her new movie Blue Valentine at the London Film Festival last week.   She’s proving that she really can inhabit her role as Marilyn Monroe with her choice of this 1950s styled dress by Erdem.  I am in love with it and also the whimsical dual animal print shoes!

I really wish Michelle had gone with bolder makeup here.  She already looks washed out with her new platinum ‘do, and the dress is such a strong color that her face is left looking rather plain.   A different shade of lipstick would have helped tons.

It’s all breast cancer events, all the time this month and it seems every celebrity is getting into the philanthropic mood.  Ivanka Trump attended QVC’s ‘FFANY Shoes On Sale’ event this week.

FFANY is the Fashion Footwear Association of New York.  They throw a huge, three-hour designer shoe sale once a year on QVC to support breast cancer research and education.  They’ve been doing this since 1994 and have sold over a million shoes and have raised tens of millions of dollars.  Very awesome.

Ivanka looks great – when doesn’t she? – but I’ve got to note that she appears a bit thicker than usual. Is it just the dress, or is she baking a little Kushner in her oven?

Hilary Duff was in Chicago at Anderson’s Bookshop to sign copies of her book, Elixir and girl looked HOT.  It must be that newlywed thing feeding her sexiness. The black lace, red nail polish.  Hilary is one sexy vixen and her hubby, Mike Comrie must be enjoying her heat at home.

This book, Elixir isn’t an autobiography like a lot of young stars seem to be writing these days.  This is actually a fiction book where Hilary proves she can write.

Here’s a brief synopsis,

When photojournalist Clea Raymond’s father disappears, fate brings her together with a strange, beautiful man. Soon they are drawn deep into the mystery of her father’s disappearance and the centuries-old truth of their intense bond.

The critics seem to love this one so I say grab a copy and have a good read.  Well done Hilary.  You look fantastic!

Is this for real?  Yes.  Justin Bieber is getting one of the first tastes of celebrity injustice that he is sure to face through the years.  Bieber is being investigated by police in Richmond, British Columbia for supposedly assaulting a kid at the laser tag joint.

Some punk, 12 year old kid claims that Justin Bieber hit him while he was playing.  Does the kids have any injuries?  Nope.  He’s healthy as a horse.  What he does have is a father who saw Justin Bieber and then saw $$$$.  So poor Justin Bieber who is only a 16 year old kid himself is being investigated for nothing.

An employee saw Bieber cornered by several kids “and accidentally hit the kid while running away.”  So I am sure that he was just trying to escape a crowd of “fans” and had to push a bit.  Not his fault.

I don’t know how the laws work in Canada, but if Bieber actually has to pay up for this, it’s an injustice.

Christina Milian has a baby?  You’d never know to look at her now!  Hot momma to baby Violet had her big come back performance at the Los Angeles Fashion weekend Spring 2011 Collection in Hollywood where she launched a new eye-wear line, C.Milian Eye-Wear.

TJ Lavin is still in a coma after his scary crash at the Dew Tour down in Las Vegas on Friday.  Yesterday, TJ’s mom texted a friend,

“Neuro came and spoke to T.J. He moved his hands around and he gave the docs a thumbs up. He is not conscious. He’s back on sedation to rest and minimize brain swelling.”

So it’s good that Lavin was able to give a thumbs up.  But it’s still very scary with the brain swelling continuing.  Sadly, TJ’s buddy, Ty Pinney is in the same hospital, suffering the same injuries,

“The Dew Tour’s reigning BMX Dirt champion, Ryan Nyquist, said Lavin might have been distracted by a tragic accident that happened Wednesday at Lavin’s BMX track behind his Las Vegas home.

Ty Pinney, a graphic designer for Lavin’s LavsLab.com company, crashed and was taken to UMC, where he was put into a medically induced coma for a brain injury.

“I don’t know what T.J. was thinking before he rode, but I heard (Pinney’s) accident really bothered him,” said Nyquist, the top qualifier for today’s 2 p.m. BMX Park finals. “But you can’t ride like we do unless you are completely focused.”

How sad and freaky is that?  Our thoughts and prayers continue for TJ and now for Ty.  Hang in there boys!  We are pulling for you!

OMG.  Chelsea Handler is such a freaking riot.  Everyone is fair game for this woman and I think that’s why I respect her “game” so much.  She’s after everyone, but not in a vindictive way.  She always so funny!  I adored her as the host of the 2010 VMAs.

So her latest funny “stunt” was on Twitter when she posted the snap above with the caption, ” This is my demi moore bikini picture, but with clothes”

We’ve already seen Handler’s hot stuff when she posed for Playboy, so it’ snot like she’s a prude.  I love this woman.

Leave It To Beaver mom star, Barbara Billingsley passed away in her home in Santa Monica this morning.  She had been battling a rheumatoid disease.  Barbara was 94 years old and lived a full life.  She played June Cleaver on the hit show and was a beloved figure in early television programming.

Barbara Billingsley will be great missed.

R.I.P. Barbara Billingsley December 22, 1915 – October 16, 2010
