Miley Cyrus’ home is about to be a split home. Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus have filed for divorce after being married for 17 years.

Their statement says,

“As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family.  We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

So now they will have their five kids to try to keep happy, separately.  The docs were filed on Wednesday in Tennessee, of course citing irreconcilable differences.

Tila Tequila has been accused of a major crime.  Kidnapping.  But this story is so out of whack, I can’t actually believe it’s true.

L.A. photographer, Garry Sun says that Tila and four men with guns, kidnapped his girlfriend, Shyla Jennings and threatened to kill him, according to TMZ.

Garry Sun filed an application for a restraining order in the L.A. County Superior Court.  In the docs, Sun claims that  on October 19, Tila and her entourage of gun slingers drove to Shyla Jennings home in Texas, kidnapped her, and flew her to L.A.  Tila allgedly threatened to kill Garry Sun if Shyla attempted to call police.

The judge has yet to make a ruling in the case and Tila is pissed, saying it’s all a lie and she’s calling her lawyer.

I’d believe that Tila is capable of just about anything, but this is a bit much.

It was a quick three seasons for Whitney Port on The City.  After leaving The Hills, she branched out solo on this venture and now, after the third season ends, it will be time for a new round of fashion adventures for the young, MTV star.  Port told Ryan Seacrest,

“I’m working on some other things. It’s okay, one door closes and another opens.”

MTV made this sweet statement,

“‘The City’ will not be returning to MTV for season three. Whitney has been a part of our family for many years and we wish her and the cast the best, and hope to collaborate with them again.”

I think that Whitney will have a lot more success in her future.  She’s a household name and holds a ton of potential for TV shows as well as the fashion industry.  I can’t wait to see what she has up her sleeves next.

Gossip Girl’s Penn Badgley and Blake Lively have called it quits and this has been confirmed by a rep for the now, non-couple.

It’s been over since the middle of last month, but these two being the very private type, have kept it under wraps, and even people on set thought they were still together.

“They’re professionals,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “They’re still good friends and hang out on the set.  Nobody on set had any idea.  They’re really just private.”

Well, that’s a big bummer that they didn’t last.  I wonder if they just got sick of each other being together, 24/7.  Oh well, they are both young (23) and have lots ahead of them in the future, including many other “fish.”

Jessica Biel and Eva Mendes were gorgeous and classy at the 5th Anniversary of Glamour Reel Moments at the Directors Guild of America in L.A.  Then there was Demi Moore.  She was dressed like a 30-year-old.  Sure, she looks hot.  But next to Jess and Eva, she looked like she was trying too hard.  Jess should have been wearing that outfit before Demi.

Could it be that the cold weather depresses Lady Gaga because she has to actually put her clothes on.  She is known for running around the world (literally) not weating much more that her underwear and fishnets.  I think cold weather cramps her style.  Maybe she should tour south of the equator during the cold months….
