First ‘Lincoln Lawyer’ Trailer Starring Matthew McConaughey

Here’s the first trailer for the upcoming film The Lincoln Lawyer starring Matthew McConaughey.

It’s hard for me to take McConaughey seriously, but with the strength of the rest of the cast the movie looks intriguing. Maybe McConaughey has been taking acting classes?

First ‘Source Code’ Trailer Looks Cool

Here’s the first trailer for the upcoming Sci-fi thriller Source Code starring Jake Gyllenhaal.

Looks like a pretty cool movie concept, I love to see something tried out of the realm of standard reality. We need more sci-fi in the the cineplexes. What do you think?

‘The Dark Knight Rises’ to be Christian Bale’s Last Batman Film

It seems that Christian Bale will be done playing Batman after the next film in the series The Dark Knight Rises.

In his interview with Total Film, Bale simultaneously said a lot, and nothing at all, about his role as Batman and what little he knows about The Dark Knight Rises.

I believe, unless Chris [Nolan] says different, this will be the last time I’m playing Batman.

So, the obvious follow up would be, do you think Nolan might say differently? Here’s what Bale responded with.

Until Chris tells me, I don’t believe it, It’s gotta be from his mouth, or else I don’t really know.

That’s something we can all agree on. Unless Christopher Nolan says something about The Dark Knight Rises, it’s all speculation. Like, if he says the Riddler is not in the film, the Riddler is not in the film. Speaking of which, what does Bale know about the plot and characters of the follow up to The Dark Knight?

Chris will let me know what I need to know when I need to know it. I probably know a little bit more than some other people out there, but I think most people would be surprised at how little I do know.

This is all based on Christopher Nolan‘s decisions. So basically, if Nolan gets attached to do another film, then Bale will be on-board. But keep in mind The Dark Knight Rises isn’t out until summer 2012. They both have plenty of time to change their minds.

Amy Winehouse Has A New Vacation Friend

Amy Winehouse on vacation is always a great story.  You just never know what will happen.   This time, Amy’s befriending the local fauna in Barbados.  The Sun UK reports:

“Amy has made friends with a monkey. It came up to her and she fed it and it’s been following her around.  She’s been telling friends how much she loves it and would love to bring it back with her.”

A pet monkey – the present you get for the crackhead who has everything.

Shakira Attacked By Pink “Monster” (Photos)

Shakira was out of the country performing live at Pavilhao Atlantico last night in Lisbon, Portugal and I do believe that she was attacked by some sort of a pink monster.

There is no other explanation for that hideous contraption she’s wearing.  I don’t get it.  Do you?

Jessica Alba Always Sizzles

Jessica Alba was a total knockout at the 2010 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.  Oh wait, she always is.

Jessica Alba is one of stars that never gets old, is always a fresh face no matter the role.  You gotta love this girl.

Malin Akerman Takes Over Inferno

Malin Akerman has been announced as the official replacement for Lindsay Lohan as Linda Lovelace in Inferno.

That was a great decision and I think it’s going to pay off.  America already loves Malin and she’s going to rock this movie in a way that Lindsay couldn’t have.

Congrats to Malin for landing the job.  It’s going to be huge!

Marisa Tomei Is Still A Doll

I am not sure when the last time Marisa Tomei actually looked like she’d aged at all.  The girl is still adorable!  I loved her “sparkle” at the 2010 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

I still reflect back and one of my favorite movies of Marisa was Bed of Roses with Christian Slater!  Do you remember that?  She looks the same now!
