American Idol’s David Archuleta who is now 19, confessed that he’s never had a girlfriend,

“I’ve never been in a relationship.  People ask me all the time: ‘What is the perfect girl? What do you look for? Do you prefer blond or brunette? Do you like brown eyes or blue?’ It’s like, what does that matter, really? They can wear contacts. What if people’s eyes change colors? Then that wouldn’t matter. People can dye their hair. What about the things that last longer than that? You can change your hair color a million times, but there’s something that lasts longer in a relationship, that can last a lifetime. Those are the things I wonder about.”

David knows what he wants in a girl,

“What is going to make me want to spend the rest of my life with someone?” he asks. “Someone who cares about other people, who has good values and has respect for themselves,” he says. “It’s so important for girls to respect themselves and not put themselves down and say, ‘Oh, my life is horrible,’ and ‘I’m not pretty enough.’ How do you know? There’s this energy people give off that people can be drawn to. I can tell you now, it’s not your eye color that’s giving off that energy that people can be drawn to. It’s more of the light in your eyes that you carry with you, the excitement for life that you have to try new things and be adventurous, and someone who wants to make a difference while they’re here.”

Well we all know that there are TONS of girls out there that would love the chance to fit the bill.

TJ Lavin has finally left the hospital!  After that horrific crash, TJ is really ont eh road to getting his life back.  His mom, Bobbi Lavin shared his update,

“He is now walking, talking, eating on his own and is getting his sense of humor back.  He has some eye issues and balance issues, but as the swelling goes down, we hope they will go away,” Barbara Lavin says, adding that there is good news: “He’s starting to get his personality back.”

He just finished two weeks of rehabilitation, and Bobbi said he will have to wear an eye patch occasionally and gets a lot of help from his fiancée, Roxanne Siordia. TJ is going to join a program for brain injuries at an outpatient facility in Las Vegas.

SO glad you’re back TJ!  Keep up the good fight!

Sarah Jessica Parker was seen walking with her son, James Wilkie Broderick in Greenwich Village, NYC yesterday.  I am used to seeing Jess wearing her comfy Uggs.  It looks like she traded them in for some cowboy boots.

Fantasia has put her suicidal past behind her and is looking straight ahead.  She showed off several different looks as she performed during her ‘Back To Me‘ tour at James L Knight Center in Miami.

Christina Aguilera is officially a star.  She received a star on The Hollywood Walk Of Fame yesterday in Los Angeles.  Wearing a stark white dress, red lipstick, and massive wig, she got her big honors.

There is no doubt that Xtina earned her star.  Kind of a crazy time in her life right now.  Hopefully she was able to truly enjoy her moment.

Katie Price was at the The Variety Club Showbiz Awards 2010 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, England looking like a shiny, new trophy.

She’s always so dang stiff and uncomfortable.  She is incapable of looking natural and her look is always “trying way to hard” and that’s not hot.

And I don’t mean that in a good way.  David Arquette, who has admitted to feeling “a little wild” since his ugly split from Courteney Cox, is acting like a kid in a candy store.  A sad, aging, desperate kid in a candy store, but nonetheless.  Page Six reports on David’s recent antics at the Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles:

“David had befriended three attractive young British girls and ended up in a hotel room with them. He was drinking tequila and vodka and dancing closely with one gorgeous, leggy, dark-haired girl who was 21 and visiting from the UK. They had met earlier in the week and had been hanging out.  The party got so rowdy that security knocked on the door to complain at around 3 a.m. But David was polite and turned the music down. They emptied the minibar. Then David left at around 4 a.m. with the girls in tow.”

The woman denies that it was a romantic encounter, saying:

“David is a friend of a friend. There’s nothing going on.”

I guess if you are newly single after 11 years, you’re probably going to go a little crazy.  But there is no reason to get tacky and stupid about it, unless you really WANT gossip columnists and bloggers to write about you.  Just a little restraint and decorum goes a long way!

After just two seasons, Madonna is being replaced by a bevy of Victoria’s Secret models as the face of Dolce & Gabbana.

Izabel Goulart, Alessandra Ambrosio, Maryna Linchuk and Isabeli Fontana will appear in D&G’s ads beginning with Spring 2011.  They shot that campaign in New York last week with photographer Steven Klein.

Madonna’s “sexy housewife” campaign was echoed by ads the other face of D&G, Scarlett Johansson, who promotes their beauty products.

Patricia Arquette seems to have jumped the network gun and spilled the beans: Medium is cancelled. According to Arquette, the writers are furiously working on an ending that will be pretty definitive:

“I don’t know what it’s going to be, but they’re really excited about it. They’re like, `we’re just going to burn the whole thing down!’ I’m really excited.” She’s not looking forward to saying goodbye, however. “It’s been a great time. I love that time in my life.”

CBS has not confirmed the ending of the series yet, but the writing appears to have been on the wall. The network reduced the number of shows Medium would produce: from 22 down to 13. The show was already resurrected when NBC first gave it the heave ho’ but CBS picked it up and it’s done fairly well for the Tiffany network on Friday nights until recently.
