Big Wangs could be in for some big trouble.

Zachery Ty Bryan is suing two of the partners, Peter Brill and Joe Barker for misusing the money he invested in the sports bar and grill and buying personal swag instead.

Bryan, who was Brad Taylor on the hit Tim Allen show Home Improvement is seeking an unspecified amount of damages from the pair for purchasing trips to Hawaii, a Porsche and a Hollywood Hills home. Bryan also claims the men took the profits from Big Wangs and used it to fund other competing businesses.

Big Wangs is sorta Hooters-ish, cute girls, skimpy outfits, sports on a zillion TVs, wings, beer and burgers. It gets fairly solid word of mouth on the net from the quick search I did.

This movie looks like it’s going to be pretty heartbreaking, Natalie Portman is proving herself to be one of the best actors out there. With her nomination for the Golden Globe and her almost certain Oscar nomination for Black Swan she’s definitely stepped away from her basic Star Wars fame and shown her true abilities.

Sparkle and shine it’s a big ring.

LeAnn Rimes is in Cabo by now trying to lift her hand from that crazy big engagement ring she received from Eddie Cibrian over the holidays. The 5-carat oval diamond is a custom design fiancé Cibrian worked on with friend and jeweler Brent Polacheck.

Rimes took a very brief moment out of her busy travel day to shoot down pregnancy rumors on her twitter saying:

“@Hollyscoop this is such BS!!!! Lol, you people all report BS.”

No baby on the way, a big ring and vacation.

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth are the latest celebrity couple to fall under the romantic spell of the holidays and decide it’s time to make plans to get hitched.

The 34 year-old actress and the 40 year old agent with CAA (Creative Artists Agency) are happy and ready to start a life together. Witherspoon has two children from her first marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe. Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, are reported to get along well with Toth.

Congratulations are in order!

The Jolie-Pitt clan spent their holiday in Langstrand, Namibia and stayed for about a week in a private villa at Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary and Lodge. The sanctuary is operated by Dr. Rudie van Vuuren, a famous physician, cricket player and conservationist, his wife Marlice, also a well known conservationist, and their son Zacheo.

In the group shot above, Angelina Jolie holds daughter Zahara, while Brad Pitt holds Shiloh, who was born in Swakopmund on the northwestern coast of the African nation.

The family was able to hang out in the village as well as hit the Nakuluft mountains for outdoor fun.

Nice family vacay!

Kelly Osbourne unleashed on her ex-fiance Luke Worrall on Monday night, in a foul mouthed Twitter flame fest.    Apparently she saw, or intended to see, her former sweetie over the holidays in London, where she was visiting her parents, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.  But judging by this string of Tweets, things went south quickly.

Just found something out that has hurt my feelings so bad…and christmas was going so well…

What do you do when someone lies in the darkest way and you try to tell the person that was lied 2 but they don’t believe you?

But she probably didn’t feel a thing.   Famous party girl Tara Reid is up to her old tricks again.  She was spotted at a restaurant in the French ski resort town Courchevel on Monday, where she and a group of friends put away bottle after bottle of bubbly.  Page Six‘s spies report:

“They must have ordered 14 bottles of Cristal. Tara tried to sing, [and] it was clear she doesn’t have a great voice.”

Hmmm, so much for that stint in rehab back in 2009. Let’s see how long it takes Tara to check back into Promises after this slip-up.

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky are off the market.

The Thor actor and Snakes on a Plane actress were married during the Christmas holiday a rep has confirmed but no other details were released.

The marriage of Australian Hemsworth, 27, and the beautiful Spanish Pataky, 34, adds another holiday high note to the list of celebs feeling the love over the holidays.

Rihanna and Matt Kemp have ended their almost year-long relationship. Rihanna, 22 and Kemp, 26 have been a relatively low profile couple for a while and according to an insider, the relationship has been dissolving for a bit:

“It happened over the last few weeks,” explains the source. “She basically was just over it.”

Kemp is also thought to have been aggravated by Riri’s crazy hectic work-related travel.

“Matt’s sick of always following after her like a puppy dog all over the world. He wants something more normal,” the source adds.

Rihanna has had an enormously successful couple of years and that’s bound to put a strain on any relationship. Kemp is based in L.A and while he certainly travels for baseball games, it’s nothing like a world tour.

Here’s to hoping 2011 offers up what both are looking for in a partner.

Diddy is being a perfect gentleman and offering to pay for model Miyoki Jones hair that caught fire at a party of his.

Jones was lounging in a tub at the release party for Diddy’s album Last Train to Paris when she got too close to the surrounding candles. Jones hair lit up and while she did not receive any life threatening injuries there is of course, definite damage to the beauty’s locks.

Diddy is on the case and will take care of her follicle needs:

Diddy called up Miyoki shortly after the incident to see how she was doing … and then offered to foot the bill for her hair repair — no matter what the cost.

We’re told Miyoki has already set up an appointment for later this week — and the work is expected to run Diddy around a thousand bucks.

Nice for Jones to have this taken care of.
