Charlie Sheen Released From Hospital
Charlie Sheen is out of the hospital following an emergency admittance Tuesday with what his rep called “severe abdominal pains.”
The star of Two and a Half Men has been a tabloid fixture in the last few months with porn star parties and alleged drug and alcohol abuse but the actor’s rep maintains he will be back on the set when it resumes filming Tuesday February 1st.
“Charlie Sheen left the hospital last night [Thursday] and is at home,” Stan Rosenfield said. “He will be on the set of Two and a Half Men on Tuesday.”
Sheen’s neighbors, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof-Nassif and her husband Dr. Paul Nassif received a phone call from someone at Sheen’s residence asking for medical advice:
“We did receive a call from Charlie’s house this morning, asking for medical assistance and advice,” the couple tell PEOPLE in a statement, “and immediately insisted the caller dial 911. Dr. Nassif also immediately called 911.”
The Sheen watch will continue over the weekend as Charlie has too many free days until he goes back to work Tuesday.
