Here’s the newest poster for the upcoming film Red Riding Hood starring Amanda Seyfried.

This movie is largely anticipated because it’s from the director of the first Twilight film Catherine Hardwicke. This is a great story to retell, hopefully it takes advantage of all it’s creepy potential.

Here’s the newly released, and much anticipated image of Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) on their wedding night from the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.

The first look at one of the most anticipated moments from the entire series; something tells me there are many happy girls (and boys) looking at this image. I’m sure there will be much more detailed shots out soon. For now this will have to do. Enjoy.

The always lovely Natalie Portman is having a superb new year.

Black Swan is on every awards committee list for nomination, an engagement, a baby on the way and now her beautiful ad for Miss Dior Cherie parfum are out.

The elegant and timeless ad with a side glance from the topless actress is truly French in it’s inspiration. The little black bow detail is perfectly poised just like Portman.

The fragrance is a blend of strawberry and tangerine with floral notes of jasmine and violet and an unexpected hint of patchouli, musk and caramel popcorn.

Here’s the brand new trailer for the upcoming sci-fi action flick Priest starring Paul Bettany.

This trailer certainly shows a lot! Maybe too much, but it’s enough to peak my interest! I’m not expecting anything great here, but I’m sure it’ll be entertaining and (obviously) visually appealing.

It’s been talked about for a while. Sacha Baron Cohen (Borat) is playing Freddy Mercury in an upcoming film about the life of the late Queen frontman. The film will shoot in 2011.

Work is now fully under way for the much-vaunted feature film on the life of Freddie. Peter Morgan has delivered a first draft of the movie, which everyone is very excited about, and Sacha Baron Cohen is chomping at the bit to get into the role, in a way which certainly would delight Freddie ! The whole team now working on preparing for a shoot later this year, and a release in the late Autumn of 2012. We are also laying the foundations for WWRY THE MOVIE, and again, we already have a great script for it from Ben.”

This is direct news from the Queen website. I’m sure Cohen will be great in the role, he’s a multi-talented individual. This movie is guaranteed to have a big Queen fans following. Cohen has proven his singing ability in Sweeny Todd, but will they have him do any singing for this film? Mercury clearly had a much more massive, unique and commanding voice.

The luxury brand Badgley Mischka unveiled their latest spring advertising featuring Rumer Willis.

Willis is photographed on the beaches of Malibu, California by Tony Duran with windswept hair, long flowing gowns and effortless style for the print ads. Designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka have tapped Willis to be their model for the upcoming swimwear photos as well.

Willis is the daughter of actors Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. The ads will appear in the March issues of magazines.

What a change! Actress Rooney Mara landed one of the biggest parts in Hollywood and she needed a complete overhaul for the character.

Lisbeth Salander is the title character in Steig Larsson’s book The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and she has dark dyed hair, tattoos and piercings that actress Mara did not have. For the February cover of W Magazine, the 25 year-old actress says of her punk make-over:

The transformation from the actress seen playing Mark Zuckerberg’s girlfriend in “The Social Network” to the one playing the titular girl with the dragon tattoo was drastic – in one day that Mara described as being “very intense,” her eyebrows were bleached, her hair chopped, and her lip, brow, nose, and nipple pierced.

“I didn’t even have pierced ears,” Mara told the magazine. “They put four holes in each ear, and, weirdly, that hurt the most.”

Director David Fincher is happy with her new look and is singing her praise:

“I wanted her from the beginning,” the director told W. “Rooney may be a trust-fund baby from football royalty, but she’s levelheaded and hardworking. It’s so odd how who people are comes out in auditions. We didn’t make it easy for Rooney, and there was no way to dissuade her.”

Noomi Rapace was the original Lisbeth in the Swedish film and she was amazing. I like that Fincher and Mara are not compromising on the look of the character – not trying to soften her in any way. The goth Pippi Longstocking will live on screen in Mara.

The zodiac chart that many have come to rely on is just plain wrong according to astronomers. Not only are the dates off for the house of your rising sun (how your zodiac sign is determined) there is an additional sign to contend with, making a grand (unlucky?) total of 13 astrological signs.

The 63rd National Board of Review of Motion Picture Gala was held Tuesday January 11th at Cipriani’s in New York City.

Some very fashionable stars attended the annual event including Michelle Williams, Jennifer Garner and Blake Lively.

Let’s break down the individual looks:

Jennifer Lawrence, star of Winter’s Bone wore Proenza Schouler bustier dress in a very bland monotone/washed out look. She a stunning girl – she just needed a dash of color.

Blue Valentine actress Michelle Williams chose a lacy embroidered Oscar de la Renta look with a poufy tulip skirt. I like the dress on her except it emphasized how short she is.
