Zac Efron and Australian actress Teresa Palmer were spotted having a romantic night out on Thursday February 3rd.

The pair attended a Los Angeles screening of Palmer’s most recent film, Take Me Home Tonight and headed to a cozy dinner for two at Pink Taco followed by an evening at Voyuer Nightclub in West Hollywood.

According to eyewitnesses, they put their flirt fest out there for the world to see:

“There was definitely some hand-holding. The two ate together and seemed really engaged in conversation. They seemed really into each other.

“They weren’t trying to hide their affection at all, even though they knew people were watching them.”

Efron and his former girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens were together again just after the holidays but it looks like the High School Musical duo are off again, for now.

Palmer’s other hot movie, I Am Number Four, due out February 18th.

Efron just completed work on The Lucky One, due in 2012 and has started filming New Years Eve.

The new Mrs. Madden, Nicole Richie, touched down in Los Angeles yesterday after spending time overseas with hubby Joel Madden.

Richie was accompanying Madden in Ireland where his band Good Charlotte, performed at The Academy in Dublin.

For her part, Richie is happy being known as the Mrs, tweeting:

This whole “my last name is Madden” thing is really working for me here in Ireland! I’m down, I’m down

Bravo TV executive Andy Cohen has pulled the old switcheroo and the February launch for season 4 of the Real Housewives of New York is no longer beginning February 22nd.

Instead the network is pushing ahead the Real Housewives of Miami to start the newest splinter of the RH franchise.

So who does Cohen have lined up?

Adriana DeMoura-Sidi is the show’s “Brazilian Bombshell”

Larsa Pippen, basketball star Scottie Pippen’s wife and “snarky Lebanese beauty.”

Marysol Patten runs her own PR company and is described as “Miami’s most sought-after women both socially and professionally.”

Alexia Echevarria is the executive editor of Venue magazine and is a “Cuban Barbie.”

Lea Black wife of defense attorney Roy Black, who counts Kelsey Grammer as a former client.

All new tonight, The Vampire Diaries episode “Daddy Issues” brings back Uncle (or Daddy) John. The Vampire/Werewolf showdown is coming! Does it go down tonight? Or is tonight just the teaser for it? I don’t know but I can’t wait!

Mark Harmon is riding a ratings record right into a new deal.

Harmon’s show NCIS hit a series high with 22 million viewers and the actor has renewed his contract ahead of time. As Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Harmon will earn a reported $500,000 per episode for the next two years and is now an executive producer. The actor also notched a deal with CBS for his production company Wings Prod.

NCIS is in it’s 8th season and the ratings are staggering for a show that has been on the air for that long. CBS jumped at the chance and ordered a 9th season for the Naval Criminal Investigation Service police procedural.

Cote de Pablo is the only cast member who still has to sign on. Her contract expires at the end of this season.
