Red Band ‘Bridesmaids’ Trailer Gets Dirty

Here’s the red band trailer for the upcoming comedy Bridesmaids starring and written by Kristen Wiig.

This is actually the first trailer I’ve seen for this movie, and I must say, it looks pretty darn funny! Kristen Wiig is one of my favorites, the fact that she also wrote this movie as well as starring in it makes me think it’s going to be great. Even though a lot of it is shock factor laughs, I’m sure it will be balanced to some degree. Bridesmaids will be out in theaters on May 13th, 2011.

Prince William & Kate Middleton Black & White Portrait For Wedding Program

As the hours tick closer to the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, a new black and white photograph emerges.

The portrait, taken by Mario Testino, who also photographed their engagement pics, has the couple smiling from ear to ear, looking relaxed and casually dressed.

This photo is featured in the official wedding program and comes with a message:

“We are both so delighted that you are able to join us in celebrating what we hope will be one of the happiest days of our lives,” it reads. “The affection shown to us by so many people during our engagement has been incredibly moving, and has touched us deeply. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone most sincerely for their kindness.”

It signed William and Catherine – as of tomorrow, she will be known as Princess Catherine.

Robert Pattinson “I’ll Definetly Be Watching The Royal Wedding”

In Berlin yesterday for a photo call at the Hotel de Rome, and later at the European premiere of Water For Elephants at CineStar, Robert Pattinson looked relaxed and comfortable as he dutifully stood and posed for the photogs.

The Twilight star is not immune to the Royal Wedding hoopla and told the British Radio Times that he enjoys certain members of the Royal Family who are up front about who they are.

“I have always liked the members of the royal family who couldn’t care less what anyone thinks: the ones who go, ‘I’m royalty, so shut up!’” Pattinson said.

The 24 year-old also fessed up that he will be one of the masses watching the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton go down Friday, April 29th.

“Yes, I’ll definitely be watching the royal wedding,” Pattinson shared. “I mean, they’re absolutely obsessed with it in America, it is just insane but I guess it’s kind of a big deal. Actually, I think it’s really sort of fascinating.”

More photos of Rob, with costar Christopher Waltz (from both the photo call and the premiere) are below.

Kate Hudson & Matthew Bellamy Are Engaged

Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy is going to make an honest woman out of his sweetie Kate Hudson.   She announced their engagement this morning on The Today Show, when Matt Lauer noticed her enormous diamond ring and got her to ‘fess up about it.

It’s a gorgeous ring; check it out.

Kate revealed that Matthew popped the question about a week ago, in a “very sweet and very romantic” proposal.    The couple are expecting a baby this summer.  Her new movie, Something Borrowed, opens next week.

Check out video of Kate’s confession after the jump. (Read the article)

Steven Tyler: Sober, Wacky And Fun On ‘American Idol’

After Paula Abdul left American Idol, there wasn’t that crazy, slightly off-kilter but totally fun personality on the show anymore. Nothing against Kara DiGuardi or Ellen DeGeneres, who were great and are likeable but it wasn’t the same.

Enter this season with Steven Tyler and that sense of you-have-to-watch-so-you-don’t-miss-what-he-says-next is back.

The Aerosmith frontman tells this week’s People magazine he’s got a lot of nervous energy to burn.

“If you think going out in front of high-def cameras and millions of people I’m not high on adrenaline, you’re crazy,” Tyler tells the mag.

In is own weird way, he says he is perfectly sober – except for the fact that huffs Jennifer Lopez.

“I’m stoned when that curtain drops,” adds Tyler, 63. “I just don’t snort the curtain dropping. I don’t snort J. Lo either, though I do breathe her in.”

Check out more from Steven in this issue, on sale Friday.

Armie Hammer Likely to Be ‘The Lone Ranger’ Alongside Johnny Depp

Armie Hammer is in talks to play The Lone Ranger alongside Johnny Depp in the upcoming movie.

The Social Networks Armie Hammer is in early talks to star opposite Johnny Depp in the title role of The Lone Ranger, the Gore Verbinski-directed film for Disney.

He’s not exactly who I would choose. He definitely looks like a Disney goody two-shoes, thankfully Johnny Depp will be there to spice things up! I can’t imagine Hammer passing this role up, he’s probably beyond excited. Honestly, I’m still hoping for Ryan Gosling instead.

Epic Full ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2′ Trailer Arrives!

Here’s the trailer for the upcoming epic finale to the Harry Potter franchise Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.

Looks fantastic! It’s easily my most anticipated movie of the summer! The variety of creatures, effects and plot points are enough to make a Potter fan’s head spin. I surely hope this finale lives up to the hopes of all the fans who have been watching these movies for the last 10 years!

‘Three Stooges’ Likely Getting Chris Diamantopoulos as Moe

The much delayed Three Stooges movie has been in need of a Moe, now it’s likely to star Chris Diamantopoulos as the bowl-cut stooge.

Chris Diamantopoulos has emerged as the frontrunner to play Moe in The Three Stooges, the 20th Century Fox film to be directed by Peter and Bobby Farrelly. The choice is being made after the directors met thousands of candidates to play the stern patriarch of the Stooges clan. The Farrellys said they would search high and low until they found the right Moe. Diamantopoulos is handsome, but put a soup-bowl haircut on him and he could be a spitting image.

Wow, talk about a odd name. First Zach Galifianakis, now Chris Diamantopoulos. Hollywood names are getting crazier and crazier. I’m really not looking forward to The Three Stooges, I just feel like the original show is all we’ll ever need. I doubt it could be all that great, originally there were big names attached but now, not so much. Which to me is a sign of a bad script. Who knows, I could be wrong. What do you think? Will you see it?

‘Lord of The Rings’ Extended Editions Returning to Theaters in June

The Lord of the Rings Extended Edition trilogy is coming back to theaters in June in the weeks leading up to the Blu-ray release.

AMC, which has been playing a lot of classic films in anticipation ofbig Blu-ray releases, will show the extended editions of The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King on consecutive weeks in June, opening on the 14th, 21st and 28th respectively.

As much as I love The Lord of the Rings and own the dvd extended editions, I’m not planning to re-buy them or re-see them in theaters. I see why uber-fans might, but thats a lot more money for movies I’ve already seen many, many times. I’m more excited for The Hobbit, even if it’s over a year off.
