Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s recent admission to fathering a child with the family’s housekeeper of 20 years, Mildred “Patty” Baena, have sent the star and his family, wife Maria Shriver and their four children Katherine, Cristina, Patrick and Christopher reeling.

But Arnold didn’t admit that he had another child freely. Maria had to ask Mildred about her suspicions to get a straight answer, according to RadarOnline.

“Maria has suspected this for a long time and she asked the housekeeper,” a source close to the situation told Radar. “The housekeeper admitted it.

“Maria then went to Arnold and he confessed.” He didn’t volunteer the information,  and it could have remained a secret if Maria hadn’t asked.

The child is the same age as Maria and Arnold’s youngest son, Christopher as Baena and Maria were pregnant at the same time.

Baena has a MySpace page up with photos of her and her son, and she hasn’t changed it to a private page. She says she’s a single mother who’s looking for a serious relationship.

There is definitely a resemblance between Arnold and the child, don’t you think?

Sarah Palin has a new addition to her family: a daughter-in-law.

Sarah and Todd Palin‘s oldest son, Track Palin married his high school sweetheart Britta Hanson in a small ceremony at Hatcher Pass, Alaska.

The families are planning a larger wedding celebration later when more family members can travel to the Alaskan ski resort Aleyaska and enjoy a long skiing weekend as well.

“Our families couldn’t be happier!” the families told People magazine in a statement. “These are two hard working, humble, active, studious young adults who grew up together. We’re tickled that after two decades of friendship we proudly witnessed their marriage, knowing their new life together will be blessed.”

Track is the first of the Palin children to be married, while sister Bristol Palin has been engaged twice. Track is an Army Reservist who spent a year in Iraq. He is a commercial fisherman who is planning to enroll at the University of Alaska.

Britta is a nursing student at the  University of Alaska.

The family photo of the wedding shows Britta’s parents, Rev. Duane and Elizabeth Hanson, the bride and groom, and Sarah and Todd Palin all casually dressed in jeans and button down shirts, jackets and windbreakers.

“The Hanson and Palin families are ecstatic and proud that Britta and Track married in one of our favorite spots in America, spectacular Hatcher Pass, Alaska,” says the statement. “It’s a site we’ve all shared fun memories of skiing, snowboarding, hiking and snowmachining.”

Congrats to the newlyweds.

This movie looks hysterical, and these posters are a great way to catch attention for it. This is such a dynamic cast, and such a funny premise for a movie. I can’t get over Colin Farrell‘s comb over, too funny! Horrible Bosses will be in theaters on July 8th, I can wait!

Here are two more shots of Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss in Hunger Games from this week’s issue of Entertainment Weekly.

They really pegged the look for her in this movie. The movie doesn’t come out until about a year from now, but it’s nice to get a good look at how the main character is going to look. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. Read the book! You’ve got plenty of time, and it’s well worth it!

Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s upcoming movie projects are on hold while the former California governor deals with his personal life.

Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger put his movie comeback on hold Thursday as he deals with fallout from his affair with his housekeeper and braces for what could be a costly divorce.

A statement from Schwarzenegger’s office said the former “Terminator” star has asked his talent agency to put all his motion picture projects that are currently under way or being negotiated on hold until further notice.

“Gov. Schwarzenegger is focusing on personal matters and is not willing to commit to any production schedules or timelines,” the statement said. “This includes ‘Cry Macho,’ the ‘Terminator’ franchise and other projects under consideration. We will resume discussions when Gov. Schwarzenegger decides.”

All this news that has been surfacing in the last few days is definitely major for him. It makes perfect sense that he take the time to mend all the broken pieces in his life. Terminator 5 isn’t going to be out until 2014 anyway, so it’s not like this little break is going to hurt that schedule. Cry Macho is obviously going see a bit of a delay, but it’s not like he’s never going to come back. Hopefully he deals with all the issues and gets back to what he’s best at soon.

Tommy Lee Jones is joining Meryl Streep and Steve Carell in he upcoming movie Great Hope Springs.

Tommy Lee Jones will star alongside Meryl Streep and Steve Carell in Great Hope Springs, the Mandate comedy being directed by David Frankel.

The project, written by Vanessa Taylor, centers on a middle-aged couple (Streep and Jones)  who after 30 years of marriage attend an intense counseling weekend to examine the marriage and sex issues that are threatening their marriage. Carell plays the famed relationship guru who tries to help the couple out once they arrive in the town of Great Hope Springs.

This movie sounds like it has the potential to be really funny, all three have comedy chops. I’m looking forward seeing how this one turns out, I see a lot of laughs coming from these actors. Meryl Streep is always good, she’s one of the most consistently good actors out there. Expect Great Hope Springs in theaters late next year.

Here’s the video of Lars Von Trier‘s Nazi rant yesterday which Kirsten Dunst was clearly disturbed by.

I feel so bad for her and all the actors from his film, they put all that hard work into the movie and here he is ruining it’s chances. Thankfully he’s been banned from Cannes because of the incident. He was obviously speaking his true feelings, then back-petaled when he realized the reaction from the crowd. The fact that he started joking about Jews and Israel only dug a deeper hole. Even if it was just a joke to get attention, he went about it in the worst way possible.

Vin Diesel is set to star in the upcoming action/comedy The Machine.

Diesel will play a human-like machine created in secrecy by the Pentagon to be the world’s first ultimate weapon. Some 20 years after the machine was decommissioned and buried, The Machine is discovered, reactivated and befriended by a kid. When the government  learns that The Machine is back in operation, the ultimate weapon’s mission becomes to protect the family that is harboring him.

After all the rumors of Diesel being in the next Terminator movie, this is the next best thing. He’s perfectly suited for this role, especially with his previous kids movie experience. This story is extremely reminiscent of the animated film The Iron Giant, which Vin Diesel voiced years ago. Hopefully this one lands more on the action side than the kids comedy side. I get the feeling this will have some impact on the Terminator role possibility, probably killing the chance.

Dominating social media and gaining Little Monsters by the hour, Lady Gaga has toppled Oprah Winfrey in the annual 100 Most Powerful Celebrities List by Forbes magazine.

Now Oprah still kicks Gaga’s tush when it comes to earnings last year, but the “Born This Way” singer’s influence is what sustained her and put her in the top spot. Gaga brought in $90 million last year while Oprah killed it with $290 mil.

Justin Bieber lands at number 3 – the youngest and only teenager raked in an estimated $53 million.

Elton John is the top Brit in 5th place with $100 million and Tiger Woods is still the leader in influential sports figures with $75 million earning him 6th place.

The Dark Knight Rises shoot has officially begun. Here’s the official press release:

Principal photography has begun on Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ “The Dark Knight Rises,” the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy.

Leading an all-star international cast, Oscar® winner Christian Bale (“The Fighter”) again plays the dual role of Bruce Wayne/Batman. The film also stars Anne Hathaway, as Selina Kyle; Tom Hardy, as Bane; Oscar® winner Marion Cotillard (“La Vie en Rose”), as Miranda Tate; and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, as John Blake. Returning to the main cast, Oscar® winner Michael Caine (“The Cider House Rules”) plays Alfred; Gary Oldman is Commissioner Gordon; and Oscar® winner Morgan Freeman (“Million Dollar Baby”) reprises the role of Lucius Fox.

The anticipation for this movie is going to start really building, now that shooting is really getting underway. I wonder how tightly they have the shoots locked up, and how many paparazzi are going to get shots. I’m sure some will start bubbling up in coming weeks. The fact that this is one of next year’s biggest releases means big money for those who can get behind-the-scenes shots.
