Entering a treatment facility for a third time, Matthew Perry is taking a precautionary step to keep his addictions in check.

The Mr. Sunshine star, 41, has chosen to enter rehab for ongoing recovery in his battle with prescription pills and alcohol substance abuse.

“There was no relapse,” a source told People magazine. Perry is just continuing his personal journey that began with rehab stints in 1997 and 2001.

“I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery,” he says. “Please enjoy making fun of me on the World Wide Web.”

Perhaps he’s feeling a little wobbly or has stressors in his life that he fears will trigger a relapse; whatever the case, addressing his sobriety and taking his continued recovery seriously is something to be applauded.

Mike Myers is taking the fatherhood plunge.

The 47 year-old actor and comedian is set to become a first time father now that his wife, Kelly Tisdale is pregnant.

“I can confirm they are expecting a child,” Myers’ rep told the New York Post’s Page Six.

The SNL alumni, star of Shrek, Austin Powers and Wayne’s World and his wife, co-founder with Moby of the well known NY cafe Teany are thrilled.

“We are overjoyed,” the couple said in a statement to People magazine.

Myers and Tisdale’s relationship flew under the radar and they were quietly married in the fall of 2010 after dating for four years.

Myers was previously married to comedy writer Robin Ruzman for 12 years and the couple did not have children together.

Bethenney Frankel‘s ex-managers have filed a huge lawsuit against the reality TV star claiming they’ve been cut out of profits from deals they brokered.

The Raw Talent company filed suit for $112 million alleging she contracted with company head Doug Wald in 2008 as her personal rep and he helped broker a deal for the Skinnygirl cocktail line.

Raw Talent also claims to have hooked Bethenny up with a veteran in the liquor industry who could help her market the line with Frankel fronting it and sell it in a couple of years for a huge profit.

In the court papers Wald says he was fired just days before the deal was actually inked and when the company was sold 2 years later, he was owed his 10% cut.

The percentage of the deal would be about $12 million plus Raw Talent wants $100 million punitive damages!

Not so fast says the former Real Housewives of New York star.

Frankel said in a statement that she isn’t paying and she won’t be pushed around.

“Unfortunately, one of the signs of success is being the subject of frivolous lawsuits, like this one,” Frankel says in a statement to THR. “This is simply someone with his hand out, who did nothing to earn it, and I am not going to be bullied.”

The Bethenny Ever After star says she’s considering all avenues, including a possible countersuit.

Wonder Woman is down for the count.

NBC has officially rejected the David E. Kelley pilot offering updating the comic book hero for today’s timeframe.

Friday Night Lights star Adrianne Palicki nabbed the coveted role but the revamped costume got tons of flack from unhappy fans.

But costuming wasn’t the major problem – it was bringing Diana Prince into the modern corporate world. The test screening audience wasn’t on board.

“The audience couldn’t buy into the modernization,” one insider told Deadline. Another source said the series just wasn’t necessary: “It was a conceptual thing. Do we need a comic book hero?”

I have to admit, this was something I wondered about. The storyline created did not feel like the right fit for this character. But I will definitely miss seeing Liz Hurley being an evil nemesis.

While I was never totally sure of the new story, I know I would’ve watched it to see if Kelley could offer something new to the story.

There is always trouble brewing among the ladies of the Real Housewives of Orange County but Alexis Bellino is revealing something more serious about herself.

“I suffered from both anorexia and bulimia,” Bellino told E! Online.

The reality TV star is coming forward with her private battle to help others who are struggling with the same issues.

“It’s time to try to help people with something I overcame,” the Christian beauty said.

“Someone can be 10 years free of it. Your life can go back to normal. I’ve been through a lot of therapy over the years.”

Bellino’s personal turmoil began at the age of 12 when her parents divorced but didn’t come to light until she was 18 and away at college.

“In college I would go days without eating, because it does consume you…I would do both, but mostly purging because I would be out with friends. It’s not pretty.”

After her mother was alerted to Alexis’ problem by her roommate, she took her daughter to get help. Bellino offers sage advice to other people affected by eating disorders.

While likening it to alcoholism the Bravo star admits you can’t ever really say you are cured however:

“You can come through the other side,” she says.

Ashton Kutcher quietly inked a deal with CBS and Warner Bros. to replace Charlie Sheen on Two and A Half Men.

Deadline reports the No Strings Attached star will step into the show made famous (and infamous) by Sheen and work directly with Chuck Lorre, show runner and creator of the sitcom who had such a public (and brutal) falling out with Sheen.

Kutcher can bring a lot to the table. He has extensive television experience as both actor and producer on shows such as That 70s Show, Punk’d, The Beautiful Life and True Beauty.

The actor has a considerable twitter following as well and that could add up to more viewers. Kutcher tweeted a hint about joining the show.

“what’s the square root of 6.25?” he asked his 6.7 million followers. (2.5 if you haven’t figured it out yet.)

Lorre, Warner Bros. and Sheen’s nasty battle this past spring looked like it would end the successful TV show as it appeared too much of a minefield for any actor to want to step in and take on.

But behind the scenes, Lorre has been working to fill the role with someone he could get “excited” about in that role.

It was revealed just a few days ago that negotiations with Hugh Grant as the new Men star fell through but Lorre must’ve had a back-up plan all along.

Now how the format is retooled and Kutcher ends up fitting into the show will be interesting. Kutcher’s character will need to fill out the other Men in the show: Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones.

Kung Fu Panda 2 got the red carpet treatment at the 2011 Cannes International Film Festival on Thursday when stars Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman and Jack Black appeared for photos and interviews.

The Dreamworks Animation sequel has Black voicing Po, the Dragon Warrior panda with a bit of a paunch, Jolie as Tigress, the tiger who has trained all her life to be the Dragon Warrior and Hoffman as Shifu, the red panda master and teacher of all things Kung Fu.

While doing press for the May 26th release, Jolie was asked about the latest addition to her latitude and longitude coordinates tattoo.

It had been speculated that it was either her partner Brad Pitt‘s birthplace or perhaps a preview of another child the couple was planning to adopt. (The confusion was in part because the photos of the tattoo weren’t clear at first or it was partially covered by clothing.)

Jolie, annoyed by the question told reporters sharply: “Well if they know that it’s latitude and longitude they would have figured out quickly that it was Brad’s birthplace.” Jolie told Extra. “It’s Shawnee, Oklahoma.”

That settles that.

Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz had a very busy international flight plan this week.

Earlier in the week, the stars of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides were in Cannes for the world premiere of their movie, posing on the red carpet in the French Riveria (see photos here and here,) then Moscow for a photo call & premiere (see photo above) and yesterday the duo hopped a plane and attended the London premiere (those pictures are below.)

In Russia, Penelope donned a black velvet embroidered and embellished Emilio Pucci dress with bow at the neck and her hair pulled back.

In London Cruz opted for a lighter look, a white lacy, sleek Givenchy Couture gown with zip front that was streamlined and beautiful on the actress. She left her hair down and straight and it echoed the line of the dress. Perfect.

Depp wore a charcoal gray suit with a blue shirt to the London premiere and told reporters that working with Penelope for this film was great and that she ‘kept him on his toes.’

”I’ve worked with her twice now, and it’s always been a real pleasure,” Depp said.

The hat that launched a 1,000 Facebook pages and 10 times that many comments is up for auction, thanks to Buckingham Palace.

Princess Beatrice‘s fascinator, created by milliner Phillip Treacy, sparked fashion controversy over the design and Bea’s choice to wear it to the wedding of her cousin, Prince William to Kate Middleton.

Buckingham Palace has put the hat on eBay for the highest bid and all proceeds from the online auction will go to UNICEF and Children In Crisis charities. Bids will be taken until closing on Sunday, May 22nd.

“I am an Ambassador for Children in Crisis and have learnt a huge amount about their work for children,” Princess Beatrice said.

“When my hat started getting so much publicity I really wanted to put it to the best possible use and try and raise some money for the children they help.”

“Children in Crisis and UNICEF are both doing amazing work for the most vulnerable children in the world so they were the natural choice for me, I really hope this idea can raise lots of money to give children a better future,” Beatrice said.
