They met on the set of Midnight in Paris so it’s only fitting that Rachel McAdams and Michael Sheen hit their first red carpet as a couple for the film’s premiere at the 2011 Cannes International Film Festival.

Rachel made waves at the Palais de Festivals in her red embroidered sheer Marchesa gown with long train and softly curled hair.

Sheen, 42, helped McAdams, 32, with her train and at the top of the steps, the two had a moment to share a quick kiss.

Bradley Cooper took some time to get in a quick visit with mom before heading north to Toronto for promotional duties on The Hangover 2. Very sweet.

The actor pit-stopped in Philadelphia to have lunch with his mother, Gloria Cooper, at Parc Restaurant and strolled through Rittenhouse Square before returning to Canada.

Cooper, 36, was spotted showing some seriously sexy scruff in between his TV appearances.

Salma Hayek was joined by husband Francois Henri Pinault as they walked the red carpet for the opening night of the 2011 Cannes International Film Festival at the Palais de Festivals on Wednesday.

Hayek opted for a fantastic Gucci Premiere dress (her husband owns the revered fashion label.) The strapless silvery white gown was beaded with crystals and sequins and embroidered on the bodice with the detailing trailing down into the full pleated skirt.

The actress was also wearing Gucci earlier in the day at the photo call with Antonio Banderas for their film Puss in Boots, premiering at Cannes.

Banderas and his wife, actress Melanie Griffith also attended the opening night of the festival.

Uma Thurman was stunning in white as she walked the red carpet for the 2011 Cannes International Film Festival held at the Palais de Festival on Wednesday evening.

The beauty of the French Riviera scenery was rivaled by Thurman in her strapless white Versace with feathery skirt and cut out back detail. The 41 year-old actress had her hair swept back with beautiful dangling Chopard emerald earrings.

Thurman was joined by Robert De Niro and Jude Law, among others, who were part of this year’s jury for the festival. The opening night film was the Woody Allen movie Midnight in Paris.

There may have been one aspect of the Royal Wedding that was a greater secret than Kate Middleton‘s wedding dress designer:  the exact location of Kate and Wills honeymoon. Ten days after their wedding, Prince William and his bride have finally gotten away.

St. James Palace will only say that they’re on a “private honeymoon trip,” but they’re reportedly in Seychelles, an archipelago of 115 islands off the African coast.  A spokeswoman for the country’s tourism department confirmed that they arrived Tuesday morning.

At least one person knows exactly where they are.  Broker Farhad Vladi handled the booking and rental for the couple’s getaway.

“Yes, we rented the island to the British royal family. Prince William and his Kate are spending their honeymoon there. But you will understand that we are not saying anything further.”

I’m sure they intentionally chose an extremely remote location to try and evade the press as much as possible, but you know now those islands are going to be swarming with paparazzi trying to catch a glimpse of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.  Hopefully Kate and Wills will enjoy most of their ten day honeymoon before anyone finds them.

Food Network star and chef hottie Giada De Laurentiis was spotted in Santa Monica at a flower market picking up some pretty posies while a film crew documented her every move for an upcoming cooking show segment.

De Laurentiis, 40, looked effortlessly beautiful as always, while the cameras rolled as she choose a couple of bouquets.

The Giada at Home host was on the February cover of Redbook and told the magazine why she believes food can create a strong bond between people.

“There’s nothing like a home-cooked meal – nothing!” the chef and cookbook author says. “When people ask me what the best restaurant in L.A. is, I say, ‘Uh, my house.’ It’s more intimate. Food can connect people in a forever sort of way.”

Here’s the first trailer for the upcoming comedy Horrible Bosses.

This movie looks hysterical to me, I love the concept and all the actors. The whole drag racing Prius bit is just too funny, I’ll be seeeing this one in theaters for sure. I really hadn’t heard anything about this movie until now and I’m already looking forward to the chaos. I hope it’s as good as it looks. Horrible Bosses will be in theaters on July 8th, 2011. See you there!

Here’s the first trailer for the upcoming horror sequel Final Destination 5.

Seriously? I just don’t get it, why do these movies keep getting made? Oh yeah, because people keep going out and watching them! Stop it people! It’s just so repetitive, there are only so many ways people can get hurt or die. If I’m desperate for sleep at least I know I can go see this in the theater. The perfect cure for insomnia! And another thing, a screw on the balance bar? They are obviously going for real scary stuff here. Ok, sorry for getting upset. Now do me a favor and don’t go see this movie.

Here’s the newest trailer for the upcoming movie Real Steel starring Hugh Jackman.

This trailer clearly plays to a younger audience, as well it should. I know the movie isn’t a literal Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em ROBOTS movie, but it might as well be. My interest in seeing this is next to none, I’ll get my robot fix from Transformers 3 thank you very much. I hope Hugh Jackman doesn’t keep taking roles like this.
