The white carpet was underfoot of Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Sunday, May 22nd.

Kidman chose a Dries Van Noten black embroidered dress and sheer skirt with pockets. The Oscar winner was very glamorous.

Urban, decked out in a grey suit, was set to perform a song from his hit album “Get Closer” at the show.

Joe Jonas stopped for photographers on the white carpet of the 2011 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The 21 year-old wore all black except for his white shoes giving off a fashionably casual vibe. He was a presenter for the ceremony.

Jonas first solo single, “See No More” is due out the beginning of June.

Tim Allen took a road trip to Vegas and ended up on the white carpet of the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held in the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday, May 22nd.

The Home Improvement star stepped out all in black and was a presenter for the ceremony. He was accompanied by his wife, actress Jane Hajduk.

Allen, who has been doing stand up in Vegas for a few month and is on the road for the summer, will be back on TV this fall with his show Last Man Standing on ABC.

Bringing the sunshine inside, Keri Hilson was that bright pop of color against the black and white background of the 2011 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 22nd.

The “Pretty Girl Rock” singer was fabulous and gorgeous rocking out the lemony short Rachel Roy 60s inspired dress with sheer bell sleeves and turquoise belt.

Hilson hit the stage as a presenter for the ceremony.

Matthew Morrison walked the white carpet for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 22nd.

The Glee star wore a navy suit with bright blue shirt. Very handsome, as always.

Morrison presented singer Neil Diamond with the Billboard Icon Award was excited to meet the legendary singer.

“Just met the incredible Neil Diamond on the carpet!!!” the star said and tweeted a pic of the two together.

The 2011 Billboard Music Awards brought out Bret Michaels to Las Vegas on Sunday, May 22nd.

Michaels wore his signature bandana and paired it with a cowboy hat as he took the stage to introduce Ke$ha, who performed that night.

The 48 year-old Poison frontman and star of reality TV shows Rock of Love, Celebrity Apprentice and Life As I Know It was last seen proposing to girlfriend and mother of his two children Kristi Gibson on the finale of Life in 2010.

No word on a date for the wedding, but Michaels has said it would not be on camera.

Justin Bieber skipped the white carpet for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas but did manage to take a moment out of his award winning night to hit the press room for some pics with his trophies.

The Biebs, wearing a gold and black dinner jacket, held up some of the 8 awards he received. He did not pose with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez although she was sitting with the singer and his mother.

Beyonce Knowles stopped for photos in the press room of the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held in the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 22nd.

The singer opted for a black long sleeve Lanvin dress with exaggerated shoulders and a silver embellishment at the bustline.

Knowles, 29, performed her latest single, “Run the World (Girls)” in a silver, spider web/dreamcatcher dress that was quite revealing.

She also received the Billboard Millennium Award from her mother Tina Knowles, head of the fashion label House of Dereon.

Selena Gomez shined on the white carpet at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held in the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The 18 year-old chose a super sexy gown from Dolce & Gabbana with cut out panels and the side, sweetheart neckline and thigh high slit in the skirt. Gomez kept her hair long and sleek and opted for red bow strappy sandals.

Gomez was on had to present and support her man, Justin Bieber, who was nominated for 11 awards.

Nicky Minaj busted out a candy colored pink wig for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 22nd.

The singer had her Raspberry Tart (you remember her from Strawberry Shortcake doll series?) colored hair and paired it with a baby blue jumpsuit with silver palliette fringe down the leg from Mark Fast.
