Beth Ostrosky - otherwise known as Mrs. Howard Stern – lit up the Phoenix House Summer Party in Southampton, New York, this weekend.    Beth was stunning and simple white halter dress with an embellished bodice to the event, which raised funds to support Phoenix House‘s addiction recovery services on Long Island.

Founded in 1967, Phoenix House provides drug treatment services to over 6,000 people in 11 states.  Their Long Island program focuses on teens who are struggling with substance issues.

Wedding bells rang for America Ferrera and Ryan Piers Williams on Monday, June 27th.

Ferrera, 27, wore a lovely tiered organza and tulle wedding dress from Amsale’s Christos label and her rep told People magazine:

It was “an intimate setting amongst close friends and family.”

Among the guests were her Ugly Betty costars Vanessa Williams and Rebecca Romijn with her husband Jerry O’Connell. Ferrera’s Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants friend Blake Lively also attended.

Ferrera and Williams met in college at USC when he chose her to star in his student film in 2007. In 2010, they worked together on his film The Dry Land and were engaged in June of that same year.

We kind of connected from the get-go on that professional level and that was something that really drew us to each other,” Ferrera said at the time of her engagement, “a shared passion for what we do and our work.”

The Emmy winning actress next project will lend her voice to the sequel of How To Tame Your Dragon.

Tina Brown knows a good controversy when she sees it and must have been delighted when she saw the finished Newsweek cover with a digitally aged Princess Diana walking with Kate Middleton.

Brown, the former editor of Vanity Fair who’s now helming Newsweek, has re-imagined the late Diana’s look and life for the latest edition.

Diana, who’s 50th birthday would have been this Friday, July 1st, has gotten a very creepy photoshop job and a lame attempt at figuring out what her life would be like now.

Here’s a sample:

“Fashionwise, Diana would have gone the J.Crew and Galliano route à la Michelle Obama, always knowing how to mix the casual with the glam. There is no doubt she would have kept her chin taut with strategic Botox shots and her bare arms buff from the gym. Remarriage? At least two, I suspect, on both sides of the Atlantic.”

Beyond the controversy, Brown gives Diana’s story nothing original – everything she attributes to her if she lived is a rehash of some other famous person’s life.

Diana was someone who led the way and I’d like to think she wouldn’t have lost that edge.

Oh and did I mention Brown’s shameless plug of her own 2007 book about Diana? Terrible Tina has resurfaced.

With her 30th birthday approaching in September, Beyonce Knowles thinks this is the perfect time for her to start a family with her husband Jay-Z.

“I feel like a woman. I feel like I’m very aware of who I am” Beyonce told CNN‘s Piers Morgan. “I feel great and I feel like 30 is the ideal age [to start a family], because you’re mature enough to know who you are and to have your boundaries and your standards, and not be afraid, too polite — but you’re young enough to be a young woman,” she explained. “I’m so looking forward to it.”

“I always said I would have a baby at 30,” she went on to explain.”But, I also said I was going to retire at 30.”

And Jay-Z seems to have been on board with the idea for quite some time telling reporters in 2008 that he is looking forward to having his own children.

“Most people dream of having a family someday,” he told reporters. “So I’m just a regular American boy.”

I can’t imagine she’ll really retire but it really could be the perfect time to for the couple to have a baby.

David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have tried making it work however the couple has separated.

Duchovny, 50, entered a rehab clinic in 2008 for sex addiction and the couple split for the first time. In that same year, it was rumored that Leoni, 45, had received explicit text messages from Billy Bob Thornton.

Despite that rocky year, the two were able to patch things up afterwards and had been together since.

Duchovny and Leoni have been married since 1997 and have two children together; Madeleine, 12, and Kyd, 9 year-old.

The couple have not decided if they will divorce.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley may be the sexiest thing on the Transformers 3 premiere circuit, but her co-star Patrick Dempsey isn’t far behind in the hotness race.    This is McDreamy we’re talking about, after all!    Dempsey brought his own special brand of   to the red carpet at Le Grand Rex in Paris for the movie’s French premiere.

Dempsey plays the character Dylan Gould, a race car driver and the boss of Carly Spencer, played by Huntington-Whiteley.  He spoke about his role and working with director Michael Bay:

“That’s the most fun I’ve ever had on a movie. Really, it was so much fun. And – no, seriously, I did. I had a great time. We laughed a lot. And you know, we worked hard. Michael works very quickly, which is exciting, so the days go by very fast. And it was fun to play a character that is unexpected, you know. And I was really very happy to have that opportunity, and very lucky to be a part of this movie and to be with this group… And it’s a great cast – that’s very inspiring. Michael Bay is a wonderful director. And I truly fell in love with cinema again, doing this movie.”

Transformers 3:  Dark Of The Moon opens in theaters on June 29th.

Lauren Bosworth is used to hosting celebrity parties, but this weekend she kept it strictly a family affair.  The former star of The Hills threw her big sister Erin Bosworth a Las Vegas-style bachelorette party at TAO Beach at the Venetian.

The group drank mojitos and shots of Hpnotiq Harmonie in a poolside cabana before eating dinner at TAO Asian Bistro.

Erin is an English teacher in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks have teamed up for the summer romantic comedy Larry Crowne and both stars hit the red carpet at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles yesterday.

Roberts, 43, chose a menswear inspired dark suit for the movie premiere and had her swept back in an elegant up do. No one does this look as chic as Julia does.

Hanks wife, Rita Wilson donned a black jacket and dress with sequined skirt and she looked fabulous too.

The movie, directed by Hanks and co-written by Nia Vardalos and Tom, reunites the costars of Charlie Wilson’s War for another crack at big screen magic.

The two have a genuine fondness for each other and Roberts even joked with reporters that Hanks tried to off her with a Vespa.

“He almost killed me,” Roberts said. “He almost took one of my legs off – The good leg!”

The two are charming together so I hope this movie is better than the trailers.
