Rachel Zoe Talks 70s Style Inspirations In Hampton’s Magazine

Rachel Zoe was among the numerous celebrities who hit up the Hamptons this past weekend for various events with the fashion stylist in town to attend a party at Georgica restaurant in Wainscott, NY for her cover of Hamptons Magazine‘s currrent issue.

The fashion entrepreneur spoke to the publication about her style inspirations.

“As a designer, Brigitte Bardot is one of my biggest influences,” Zoe dished. “Also Bianca Jagger, Ali MacGraw, Lauren Hutton and Anjelica Huston in the ’70s. Really powerful, incredible, beautiful, fashionable and intelligent women. Often I am inspired by the streets of Europe and my travels.”

Zoe, her husband Rodger Berman, and their new baby, Skyler return to BRAVO on Tuesday September 6th for the premiere of the new season of The Rachel Zoe Project.

Cameron Diaz Proves She’s Still Choice Among Teens

Cameron Diaz walked the blue carpet of the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles on Sunday night for the 2011 Teen Choice Awards.

The 38 year-old actress wore a dull beige strapless mini by ALC and strappy heels from Burak Uyan. Cameron’s dress and hair were so similar she was just one bland shade head to toe.

Diaz’s fashion pick wasn’t stellar but she proved worthy of the not-really-just-teenagers vote and nabbed a surfboard for Choice Movie Actress Comedy for her role in Bad Teacher.

‘One Day’ With Anne Hathaway & Jim Sturgess (PHOTOS)

Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess ambled down the red carpet of the One Day premiere in New York City at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 Theatre on Monday night.

Hathaway, 28, showed off her super slim frame in a strapless black Alexander McQueen Resort 2012 dress with gold embroidery and detailing at the bustline. She chose gold heels and a clutch from Christian Louboutin to complete and compliment her look.

The film follows Emma (Hathaway) and Dexter (Sturgess) as friends and lovers throughout a 20 year period, always looking at their lives on the same day each year.

Anne has been taking heat for her Yorkshire accent and fans of the David Nicholls‘ novel (which is the basis for the film) have criticized the actress as being too pretty to play the role of the working class Emma.

It’s an intriguing premise, I can’t say I’ve read the book but I hope that she is given a chance to make the part her own. Fans of books have a way of becoming too attached to what we think a character should look like, instead of waiting for the film to see if the actor/actress pulls off the part.

Gavin DeGraw Hospitalized After Attack In New York City

Singer Gavin DeGraw has landed in the hospital after reportedly getting beaten in New York City after a night of drinking with friends in the East Village late Sunday/early Monday morning.

The attack on the 34 year-old occurred on First Ave where he suffered a broken nose and several cuts to his face according to sources.

TMZ reports he was “outnumbered” by the group and the NY Daily News says DeGraw eventually stumbled his way over to Third Ave where he was then hit by a cab.

The “I Don’t Wanna Be” singer’s condition is said to be stable.

Ginnifer Goodwin Takes The LBD To A Whole New Level

Ginnifer Goodwin

Ginnifer Goodwin has fantastic style, but she looked particularly awesome at the Disney ABC Television Group Summer Press Tour on Sunday.  She wore a black 3.1 Phillip Lim dress with embellished sleeves and Jimmy Choo shoes, and dang if she just doesn’t make it look so easy to look so good.  Of course, most of us would probably look fabulous all the time if we were young, thin and had access to a designer wardrobe!

Ginnifer has appeared in a number of movies lately, but just because Big Love is over doesn’t mean she’s done with TV.  You can catch her this fall in ABC’s Once Upon a Time, playing Snow White.

See more pics of Ginnifer after the jump.

Explosive New Action Packed ‘Killer Elite’ Trailer

Here’s the full trailer for the upcoming action movie Killer Elite starring Jason Statham, Clive Owen and Robert De Niro.

This movie looks awesome, what a combo of action greats! I can’t wait to see this one, the action sequences are clearly very intense and crazy. The story looks interesting and intense, with the promise that not everyone will survive. These guys were born to play characters like this, count me in!

New ‘In Time’ Trailer is Much Better

Here’s the new trailer for the upcoming movie In Time starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried.

This version of the trailer definitely makes the movie look more appealing, but it’s still not exciting to me. They are playing it off like some kind of modern Robin Hood story, but Justin Timberlake just doesn’t seem like a leading man. I’m hoping this is one of those movies that is surprisingly good because of an intricate plot, but I doubt it.

Kanye West Thinks People Look At Him Like He’s Hitler

Kanye West has been relatively quiet, laying low and keeping his controversial opinions to himself for a few weeks but I guess we should’ve expected it not to last.

It’s a full-on Kanye moment when at the Big Chill Festival in England over the weekend when he tells the audience that he feels people look at him funny.

“I walk through the hotel and I walk down the street, and people look at me like I’m f**king insane … like I’m Hitler. One day the light will shine through and one day people will understand everything I ever did.”

Among his complaints – his banned video for “Monster” with cannibals and women who were hung by their necks – is really the highest form of art and he’s so very misunderstood.

[It was] “completely artistic… They couldn’t understand how a rapper can have a taste or sensibility high enough to do something like that without it being misogynistic.”

I can give him the benefit of the doubt for feeling ostracized but comparing how people judge him to how mankind looks at Hitler is and overstatement at best but it’s truly insulting and demeaning to Holocaust survivors ultimately.

West also fails with the poor-artistic-me, nobody-gets-my-vision nonsense. And it’s really tired and overplayed with the whole the-media-is-out-to-get-me crap.

Watch the video and tell us what you think.

Blake Lively At 2011 Teen Choice Awards

Blake Lively brought a citrus kick to the Teen Choice Awards 2011 that took place in Universal City, California’s Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday, August 7th.

The 23 year-old star chose a fitted orange leather dress with short sleeves and slim matching belt from Gucci Resort 2012 collection. Lively accented the look with leopard print pumps from Christian Louboutin with gold and turquoise drop earrings.

Lively’s fashion choice of a juicy mandarin colored frock against the blue background was inspired.

Blake, who spent the day with boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio in L.A., took two surfboards home: one for Choice TV Actress Drama and the second for Gossip Girl Choice TV Show Drama.
