Our little Hermione is growing up fast!  Emma Watson, back in England to attend Oxford University this academic year, has lately been spotted around London with her sweetie, actor Johnny Simmons (Scott Pilgrim Vs The World).  They’ve been staying with her parents at their North London home.

Radar Online reports:

“Things are getting pretty serious between Emma and Johnny so she wanted to take him back to London to meet her parents.  They’ve been having a brilliant time together.”

This presumably being Johnny’s first time in London, he surely wants to see the sights, and Emma is accommodating his wish.

“Emma knows the city like the back of her hand so she is a great person to show him around. They’ve done loads of tourist spots but she has also been taking him to a few flea markets and some great local pubs.”

A source noted that the couple have been taking an environmentally-friendly approach to their sightseeing, saying, “They’ve been taking bikes or eco-cars.”

Ah, young love!

Sara Gilbert and her partner, Allison Adler, have ended their relationship of ten years.

The couple have two children together, a son, Levi and a daughter, Sawyer.   They say that they will share custody of the kids and that the break-up is “completely amicable.”

Sara is a host on The Talk.  Allison is a writer and producer in television; she has worked on The Family Guy and Chuck, and will soon join Glee.

Christie Brinkley shows off some serious dance moves for activewear company Danskin’s “Move For Change” Fall 2011 campaign.

The campaign features four celebrity women, with ages ranging from their 20s to their 50s, engaged in their favorite form of exercise:  Hilary Duff is shown hiking, Padma Lakshmi boxes, and Jenny McCarthy does yoga.   Christie opted to be photographed in the dance studio.

Lady Gaga will bring her music, costume changes and positive message to Springfield in an upcoming episode of The Simpsons titled “Lisa Goes Gaga.”

Lisa (voiced by Yeardley Smith) gets a pep talk, a song and a flash mob as Gaga tries to help her and the town with it’s low self-esteem. She also shares a smooch with Lisa’s mom, Marge.

“I play a little bit of a slut,” quips Gaga. “The apple doesn’t fall far from my artistic tree.”

Mother Monster has just recorded her part and said she was really trying to stay true to the honesty of the characters on the long running show.

“I make music, but I don’t do voice-overs every day of the week, and their characters are so awesomely convincing and sincere and wild and funny, I had to remind myself constantly of the sincerity of the humor,” she said.

Lady Gaga has a rather animated look sometimes with bright candy-colored hair and outrageous clothes so for her actual cartoon appearance in an upcoming episode of The Simpsons, it may be hard for the creative team to top that.

Simpsons creator Matt Groening has confidence they will give Mother Monster the right look and says they are up for the challenge.

“It’s very hard to top reality with her, but I’m sure we’ll come up with something that is going to be as improbable as her usual wardrobe,” he said.

Gaga will play herself and Smith is in awe of working with her.

“This is extraordinary! I’m stunned that she has time in her schedule that she’s coming to our studio to record,” she told Broadway.com.

The episode will air in the Spring of 2012.

Kim Kardashian and People magazine made a deal for a reported $1.5 million for exclusive licensing rights to the photos of her wedding extravaganza.

For the cover, the mag chose to “lose” her husband, Kris Humphries and go with a solo shot of Kim K, drawing criticism.

Assistant editor Jen Garcia defended the choice saying it’s really about the bride, the dress and well, Humphries is just too tall, darn it.

“It’s all about the bride. We wanted her. It’s her day, we wanted her on the cover,” said Garcia.

“He’s got a little height on her,” added Garcia of the New Jersey Nets forward. “It’s kind of tough to get them in the [same] shot.”

The magazine has 11 pages of Kardashian/Humphries info, including Kim’s three wedding gowns by Vera Wang and to entice readers to pick up a copy, they are offering a $1.00 off coupon.

Hey, with interest waning in Kim – they’ve got to recoup their finances somehow.

Avril Lavigne hosted her official Abbey Dawn after party at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas yesterday after she attended a meet and greet earlier in the day at the MAGIC convention.

The “I’m With You” singer walked the red carpet dressed in pieces from the collection and gave a rundown of what we will see from her line this year.

“I’m here at MAGIC for Abbey Dawn and I’m really excited because it’s a full selection this year like footwear, swimwear, glasses, bags and men’s pieces,” Lavigne said. “It’s something I’m really proud of and it’s a lot of fun having a collection.”

The 26 year-old hung with her boyfriend, Brody Jenner, at the event and earlier in the week, she helped him celebrate his birthday at The Bank Nightclub inside The Bellagio Resort and Casino.

Lavigne is set to show the collection at New York Fashion Week in September. The show will be held in New York’s Style 360 Pavilion on September 12th.

Jennifer Lopez is keeping herself busy filming the video for her song “Papi” instead of dwelling on her personal troubles.

The actress, who recently separated from her husband of seven years Marc Anthony, was surrounded by male dancers filming the dance routines for her video.

In spite of her third marriage ending, Lopez said she’s still a dreamer when it comes to romance.

“But I remain an eternal optimist about love,” she told Vanity Fair. “I believe in love. It’s still my biggest dream. I am positive—determined to move forward with my life, bring up my babies, and do the best job I can as a mother, entertainer, and person.”

The 42 year-old hot mamma has just signed on for another year as a judge on American Idol and will begin shooting her next movie What to Expect When You’re Expecting soon.

Selena Gomez performed in Toronto yesterday at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre with All-Star Weekend just after announcing a short leg of tour dates in Canada.

The pop singer will take her band, The Scene, on an 11-date tour of Canadian cities starting in October.

Fan club members are getting first crack at the tickets today. They go on sale to the general public starting Wednesday, August 31st.

Anne Hathaway dazzled at the Vue Westfield in London for the UK premiere of her new film One Day with Jim Sturidge.

The 28 year-old actress opted for a white embroidered tea length dress from Alexander McQueen Resort 2012 and was just lovely at the event. She accented her look with a McQueen clutch and caramel colored peep toes and kept her hair down with sculpted waves.

Hathaway was asked if she might fancy taking on the role of the Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge.

“I haven’t really thought about it before but yes, why not,” she said. “She’s great. It’s such a fairytale.”
