Is Miley Cyrus about to become an aunt?

Her older brother, musician Trace Cyrus and his girlfriend Brenda Song reportedly are expecting a baby.

No confirmation has been given although Trace and his sister Miley have not denied it via twitter (which both use to deny rumors frequently.)

Trace, 22, and Brenda, 23, have been dating for over a year, managing to have kept their relationship fairly low key and out of the spotlight.

Song starred in Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and was in last fall’s Oscar nominated The Social Network.

Trace had a previous relationship with Demi Lovato and was formerly in the band Metro Station. He has played with his father Billy Ray Cyrus‘ band Brother Clyde.

Carrie Fisher wowed the audience and hosts of The Today Show this morning, showing off her dramatic weight loss of over 50 pounds.

Fisher has been working the Jenny Craig Weight Loss program for 9 months and she joked her results gave her the inspiration to wear that infamous bikini from Star Wars: Revenge of the Jedi again.

“I want to get into the metal bikini and just walk around the house like an idiot,” she laughingly told host Ann Curry.

“Answer the doorbell: ‘What is it? This old thing?’ … I’ll come out with a line of metal bikinis for women over 40. If you want dignity, you wear metal bikinis over (age) 40.”

After her appearance this morning, many are speculating that the Wishful Drinking author has had some plastic surgery done as well. We’ve got some before and after photos below and the video of her interview below. See for yourself.

I say, she’s made a huge change in her life and good for her. Whatever else she decides to (or doesn’t) do, it’s her choice. Let’s let her celebrate without jumping all over her.

MTV awards shows always have a little something special to debut – usually it’s Twilight related.

This Sunday at the 2011 MTV VMAs fans are going to get the first look at The Hunger Games footage.

Jennifer Lawrence, who landed the Katniss Everdeen role, will be there to introduce the clip. No word on costars Josh Hutcherson (Peeta) and Liam Hemsworth (Gale) joining her at this point.

MTV is also debuting the clip online after the show.

Lawrence joins the line up of celebs now set to attend including Taylor Lautner, Kim Kardashian, Seth Rogan, Jonah Hill and Selena Gomez with performances by Lady Gaga, Adele, Bruno Mars and Lil Wayne.

The 2011 MTV VMAs will air Sunday, August 28th at 9pm ET.

Rob Lowe was in New York City on Monday to kick off the Valspar Hands for Habitat for Humanity charity auction at the Hearst Towers. Celebs are donating their hand prints and signatures to help the international housing organization provide more homes.

“The goal is to build 50,000 homes for people who are still suffering in Haiti,” the Parks and Recreation star told Parade.com.

“My stepfather has worked for Habitat for Humanity off and on since the late 70s, so I was very familiar with their work and I thought, ‘OK, it’s time for me to do my share.’”

The 47 year-old actor isn’t the only one in the family who tries to leave a positive impact. Lowe said he supports his two teenage sons – Matthew, 17, and John Owen, 15 – in their efforts as well.

“In the summer, I like to encourage them to do something that’s about something other than themselves,” he said.

“They’ve just come off of a great summer and I’m really proud of them. One volunteered in a science lab in San Francisco, and the other served on Capitol Hill.”

Amy Winehouse‘s family has received the toxicology reports from the autopsy and is reporting that “no illegal substances” were discovered.

Family spokesperson Chris Goodman said in a statement that “toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in Amy’s system at the time of her death.”

The family said toxicology tests did show “alcohol was present” but the statement did not address if legal/ prescription substances were found in the 27 year-old singer’s body.

Preliminary autopsy results have been inconclusive.

Her father, Mitch Winehouse, has said the singer was struggling with alcohol just before her death and tried quitting cold turkey but that alcohol withdrawal might have been what caused her death.

“Mitch said the shock of giving up, after everything she had been through over a bad few years, was just too much for her to take,” a family source revealed.

The Vampire Diaries premiere for season 3 is getting close and new photos have surfaced for episode 3.01 “The Birthday.”

So much happened on during the season 2 finale – Stefan joined Klaus, Elena kissed a dying Damon, Jeremy sees his dead ex-girlfriends, Caroline and Matt broke up – gosh, there is so much, where will it all start?

Here is the official synopsis:

IT’S MY PARTY – On the morning of Elena’s 18th birthday, Caroline (Candice Accola)  is busy planning a party, but Elena (Nina Dobrev) is focused on searching for any clues that might help her discover where Stefan (Paul Wesley) is. Damon (Ian Somerhalder)n is also searching for Stefan, while trying to protect Elena and keep her from doing anything that would draw Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) attention. Meanwhile, Klaus and Stefan are busy trailing a werewolf named Ray Sutton (guest star David Gallagher, “Super 8″). Now working at the Mystic Grill along with Matt (Zach Roerig)  Jeremy (Steven R McQueen) is struggling to understand why he keeps seeing the ghosts of Vicki (guest star Kayla Ewell) and Anna (guest star Malese Jow) since he was brought back to life by Bonnie’s (Kat Graham) magic. Meanwhile, Alaric (Matt Davis) does his best to watch over Elena and Jeremy, while dealing with his grief over Jenna’s death. Finally, Caroline and Tyler (Michael Trevino) face a new and unexpected challenge.

Megan Fox wants to be surrounded by positive energy and because of that, she is having her Marilyn Monroe tattoo removed.

The 25 year-old actress told the September issue of Italian magazine Amica that she sees it now as something that she has to get rid of.

“I’m removing it. It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar,” she was quoted as saying.

“I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life.”

Monroe was a troubled woman who did commit suicide in 1962 at the age of 36.

Fox also said she’s no longer following the strict dietary regimen that saw her weight plummet dramatically. She says she’s following a plan that she says is more balanced.

“For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables, no bread, sugar and coffee,” Fox revealed. “But I had lost too much weight. So now I eat a bit of everything.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have reportedly separated, according to this week’s In Touch Weekly.

They have been married for 13 years and have two children together, Jaden, 13, and Willow, 10.

No details have been given why, the tabloid is just citing “an insider.”

Neither rep has returned calls to verify but TMZ did get a rather weird response from Jada’s rep.

“What? In Touch said that? I know nothing about this … Lord. I’m going back to bed,” Karynne Tencer said.

Will previously told Ellen DeGeneres that he just wasn’t giving the d-word a chance.

“What I found is divorce just can’t be an option,” he told the talk show host during a 2008 visit. “It’s really that simple. And I think that’s the problem with L.A. – there are so many options. So a huge part of the success for [Jada] and I is that we just removed the other options.”

UPDATE: Will and Jada have released a statement saying their marriage is solid.

“Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false,” the couple said in a joint statement Tuesday.

“We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”

Bruno Mars gave an energetic performance on Day 2 of V Festival 2011.  He and his band played his current hit, “Marry You,” but by all reports, the crowd-pleasing highlight of the set was a medley of Michael Jackson‘s “Billie Jean,” The White Stripes‘ “Seven Nation Army,” and Nirvana‘s “Smells Like Teen Spirit.”
