Scarlett Johansson and her lawyers are threatening to sue anyone who published the nude photos of her off her hacked phone.

The 26 year-old actress is topless or scantily clad in the snapshots and has apparently taken the photos of herself, which have found themselves on the internet. The hacker group Anonymous is thought to be responsible for the pictures surfacing publicly.

Johansson’s lawyer, Marty Singer is threatening anyone who publishes the images with a lawsuit.

“The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless,” the statement reads.

“If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly.”

The FBI is involved in tracking the group that has targeted 50 female celebrities including Vanessa Hudgens, who met with law enforcement about her hacked phone photos.
