Anne Hathaway peeks out behind black lace on the cover of Interview magazine.

The 28 year-old star of One Day and future Catwoman stepped in front of the lens of famed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

Hathaway told the publication about two very different things she’s interested in: The Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton and Jersey Shore.

On her royal obsession: “Right now, I’m obsessed with Kate Middleton. Obsessed. I loved the Royal Wedding. I was so cynical going into it, and pseudo-political about the whole thing, but as soon as I saw her I was utterly charmed. I’m just completely enchanted by Kate and William. With everything she’s doing right now, I say, ‘Yay, Kate.’”

On the Jersey Shore: “When I first saw the show, I thought, Wow, they are having a very different experience there than my experience in Cape May. I thought the first season of the show was awesome because it was authentic, but I don’t watch it any more because now they know that there’s a camera there. The Situation is totally self-aware. He’s referring to himself as The Situation non-stop. In the episode I saw, his car got towed, and he was like, ‘We’ve got a situation here, and The Situation is the situation.’”

Alexa Chung gets the cover of Australian Harper’s Bazaar for the October issue.

The stylish Chung is photographed relaxing in the grass by Angelo Pennetta with Alexa wearing a white lace Chanel dress.

Chung and Pennetta are close friends and she said it was an enjoyable shoot but difficult to channel her sexy side with Pennetta.

“It was [shot] in this beautiful Chateau in the middle of Paris on the sunniest day ever,” Alexa said. “Angelo is a good friend of mine . . . it was quite awkward to pretend to be sexy. We had to keep stopping in between shots and be like ‘shake it off, shake it off!’ . . . it was really fun.”

Chung is getting ready to launch a reality TV Show in the US on Lifetime. 24-Hour Catwalk will have the Brit It-Girl host the fashion design contest.

Martha Stewart is known for her creative and often wild Halloween costumes, but this year she goes for something completely different.  In a tribute to B-movies, she appears on the cover of Martha Stewart Halloween as Mothra, or rather Motha.  Martha wears moth-wing eye appliques and a moth ring on a black gloved hand.  It’s a striking look, but I’ve got to admit that the idea of dressing as a giant, psychic moth is just not too appealing to me.

Viola Davis was radiant on the red carpet last week at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Los Angeles for the premiere of her latest film The Help.

The 46 year-old actress chose a gorgeous red draped gown with plunging neckline from Escada. She kept her accessories simple and gold, including her Judith Leiber clutch.

Davis was accompanied by her husband, actor Julius Tennon and she confirmed reports that they are planning an addition to their family.

“We are about to adopt a baby,” Davis said.

The Oscar-nominated actress also added that they are adopting is “domestically” although no other details were offered.

Tennon and Davis have been married since 2003. He has two children from previous relationships. This will be the couple’s first child.

Some of Lara Stone‘s best modeling work has been very minimalistic, and that’s because you just don’t need to do a whole lot to make this buxom blonde look good.  Witness:  her recent photoshoot for GQ.  It’s just Lara, a fur coat, and the beach, and really, what more do you need?  (To be honest, I have a huge problem with fur, but it does make for rather striking photos.)   Perhaps a few shots of her ample cleavage and bare bottom?  Done.

Lara, who is 27 years old,  tells the men’s rag that on occasion she tires of the comparisons to other models who are sometimes as much as 10 years her junior.  She also admits that the comments about her unconventional looks do get to her on occasion.

“It hurts when you’re having a tough day and someone says, ‘She’s so f***ing ugly I wouldn’t let my dog near her.’ “

Here’s one of the very first posters for the upcoming comedy sequel A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas.

I really liked the first movie, and mildly liked the second. I’m not expecting high art here, but I am expecting high laughs (pun intended). This is not a movie that’s trying to be anything it so obviously isn’t, just a bunch of silly Christmas and 3D themed gags. Not to mention a lot of gross out humor. I just hope it’s better than the last one.

The first look at the full Catwoman costume images have hit online. The upcoming sequel, The Dark Knight Rises, stars Anne Hathaway as the infamous feline femme fatale.

The costume looks pretty general really, simple and functional. Although the actual mask is a little halloween costume-ish.

I’m not all that thrilled that she’s been picked to play this part, but she’s a great actress, so I’m sure she’ll do a good job. Christopher Nolan isn’t known for making the popular choices with his female leads, but this movie will probably be awesome anyway.

Here’s the first trailer for the upcoming comedy The Rum Diary starring Johnny Depp.

This movie really looks funny, the trailer has some great laughs. Hopefully it didn’t show all the funniest scenes already. Depp is great at comedy, I do wonder how much of a serious tone this movie may strike, or if it’s pure insanity. The Rum Diary is in theaters on October 28th; nice to see it won’t just be horror films that weekend.

The Gangster Squad is currently filming in Los Angeles and the first set photos of Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone in costume are awesome!

Stone and Gosling, who co-starred in Crazy, Stupid, Love earlier this year, take a stroll with the most adorable doggie and look perfect together in their very cool, retro, 40s style attire. The two stars are amazing together and their onscreen chemistry is oozing over in this photo. How is that even possible?

In the film, Gosling and Josh Brolin are LA cops chasing mobster Mickey Cohen played by Sean Penn. The movie is packed with talent including Anthony Mackie, Giovanni Ribisi, Mirelle Eros, Robert Patrick, Nick Nolte and Michael Pena.

It also reunites Emma with her Zombieland director, Ruben Fleischer.
