It’s a marriage made in pop culture heaven!

Twilight actress Nikki Reed and American Idol contestant Paul McDonald said “I Do” on Sunday in Malibu.

The wedding took place at a private ranch in front of 100 close family and friends.

“We couldn’t be happier!” the couple told Us Weekly. “[We were] surrounded by our family and friends. We’re so glad this day has come!”

McDonald and his band, The Grand Magnolias performed at the reception and actress Alexa Vega served as Reed’s maid-of-honor.

Reed, 23, and McDonald, 27, met in March of this year at the red carpet premiere of Catherine Hardwicke‘s film Red Riding Hood. Hardwicke was the director of the first Twilight movie phenomenon and of Thirteen, which she co-wrote with Reed.

The couple became engaged in June and moved in together as well.

Peter and Autumn Phillips are expecting their second child.

The son and daughter-in-law of Princess Anne have one child Savannah, born on December 29th, 2010, who is the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh‘s first great-grandchild.

Autumn, who was born in Canada, is due in March of 2012.

“‘The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh, as well as Autumn’s family, have been informed and are delighted with the news,” a statement from Buckingham Palace said.

The Phillips were criticized when the couple sold photos from their 2008 marriage to the British publication Hello! and the Royal Family were featured in the photo spread.

It included images of Prince William and Kate Middleton and Prince Harry and his then-girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

Peter and Autumn currently live in London and he is 11th in line to the throne.

Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matt Rutler took her son Max to a pumpkin patch Friday afternoon.

The “Moves Like Jagger” singer kept her wardrobe appropriate for the afternoon – black leggings, checked flannel shirt with skull-and-crossbones t-shirt and brown suede boots.

Max and Christina had on porkpie hats and Matt wore a backwards cap for the sunny outing at Mr. Bones in West Hollywood.

The 30 year-old singer and her boyfriend took Matt to the petting zoo next door and he had a fun time going down the inflatable slide, playing on hay bales and walking around the Halloween-themed decoration.

The group ended up purchasing a few pumpkins and gourds to take home.

Moore, who is currently facing separation/divorce rumors to her husband Ashton Kutcher, gives off a radiant and confident appearance in the beautiful photos by famed photographer Norman Jean Roy.

Twinkling snow covered pine trees with glittering Christmas tree bulbs and snowflakes surround Demi while she wears tweed pants, a statement chandelier necklace, beaded tank, and suede aviator jacket with white faux fur trim.

“My holiday favorites at Ann Taylor are the amazing sweaters and all the little moments of faux fur and beading,” Moore said of the collection. “There are so many perfect presents.”

Star Trek star Zachary Quinto has revealed for the first time publicly that he is gay.

The 33 year-old actor acknowledged his sexuality in a New York Magazine article where he spoke about how fortunate he felt after doing the play Angels in America.

“Doing that play made me realize how fortunate I am to have been born when I was born,” Quinto said. “And to not have to witness the decimation of an entire generation of amazingly talented and otherwise vital men. And at the same time, as a gay man, it made me feel like I — there’s still so much work to be done.”

“There’s still so many things that need to be looked at and addressed,” he continued. “The undercurrent of that fear and that, you know, insidiousness still is swarming. It’s still all around us. To revisit that world at all, it took a toll on me. It definitely was an incredible experience but it was really daunting at times.”

Quinto’s sexual orientation has been speculated widely since his breakout role in Heroes but after the article and the attention it received, the actor posted to his blog that he was inspired to come out to the world after Jamie Rodemeyer committed suicide in September.

The 14 year-old Buffalo, NY teenager was bullied for years and finally took his life after making an It Gets Better video.

Quinto said it was his “intention to live an authentic life of compassion and integrity and action.”

“In light of Jamey’s death — it became clear to me in an instant that living a gay life without publicly acknowledging it — is simply not enough to make any significant contribution to the immense work that lies ahead on the road to complete equality,” the actor wrote on his official website.

The crowd at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway witnessed a horrific 15-car crash on Sunday that left driver Dan Wheldon dead from his injuries.

The 33 year-old, two-time champion of the Indy 500 was airlifted to University Medical Center with officials deciding to end the race after the 11th lap pile up.

Drivers wept openly as they took to the course in tribute to Wheldon.

“IndyCar is very sad to announce that Dan Wheldon has passed away from unsurvivable injuries,” IndyCar Series CEO Randy Bernard said. “Our thoughts and prayers are with his family today. IndyCar, its drivers and owners, have decided to end the race. In honor of Dan Wheldon, the drivers have decided to do a five-lap salute to in his honor.”

The accident seems to have happened when two drivers car wheels touched. A chain reaction among the drivers went into motion and the scene was massive, fiery and confusing.

Wheldon, who started at the back of the 34 car race, flipped his car after it became airborne and hit a fence. Rescue workers arrived quickly but Wheldon’s injuries were severe.

Drivers JR Hildebrand and Pippa Mann were also reportedly hurt and will be in the hospital at least for the night.

“One minute you’re joking around at driver intros. The next, Dan’s gone,” said Dario Franchitti, whose wife, actress Ashley Judd, had to bring him a box of tissues. “I lost, we lost, a good friend. Everybody in the IndyCar series considered him a friend. He was such a good guy. He was a charmer.”

Danica Patrick was on the course for the tragedy as this was her farewell to Indy racing.

“There are no words for today,” she tweeted afterwards. “Myself and so many others are devastated. I pray for suzi [Whedon's wife] and the kids that god will give them strength.”

Megan Fox shows off her sultry side for the new Armani Beauty Holiday ad campaign.

Fox is old Hollywood glamorous for the cosmetics branch of the fashion house in the new photos featuring the Eyes to Kill Stretch Mascara and Designer Lift Foundation.

The 25 year-old was also the face of Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans but the company changes models every few years and Rihanna was just announced as her replacement for that advertising.

Fox will next be seen onscreen in the indie film Friends with Kids by Jennifer Westfeld and is filming Sasha Baron Cohen‘s comedy The Dictator.

Alt/indie rock couple Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore, founding members of the band Sonic Youth, have announced their marriage separation.

Gordon, 58, and Moore, 53, have been married for 27 years and have one 17 year-old daughter, Coco.

“Musicians Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore, married in 1984, are announcing they have separated,” a statement from reps at their label, Matador Records said.

“Sonic Youth, with both Kim and Thurston involved, will proceed with its South American tour dates in November. Plans beyond that tour are uncertain. The couple has requested respect for their personal privacy and does not wish to issue further comment.”

Moore and Gordon began Sonic Youth in the early 80s with Lee Ranaldo. The group has gone on to release 9 albums, including the 2009 critically acclaimed The Eternal.

Their 1988 recording, Daydream Nation, is considered pivitol in paving the way for 90s college radio/alternative rock bands like Nirvana and Hole – whom both Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love had a close friendship with.

Moore has a solo effort out, Demolished Thoughts, and is scheduled to tour Europe starting November 27th.

Johnny Depp was on the red carpet in Los Angeles for the premiere of The Rum Diary at LACMA on Thursday, October 13th.

The 48 year-old actor was given quite a nice gift for his work on the film adaptation of Hunter S. Thompson‘s novel of a journalist in Puerto Rico in the late 50s.

Producer Graham King gave Depp the stunning ’59 Chevrolet Corvette just like the one shown in the film as a thank you for his work.

“He worked so hard on the film and why not?” King says. And Depp’s reaction? “He was pretty blown away by it.”

Director Bruce Robinson was also enamored of the classic vehicle.

“It’s an amazing car,” he says. “It’s so powerful, like 500 horsepower. You can just fishtail in that thing.”

Depp’s next projects include The Lone Ranger and a Dr. Seuss biopic.

The Rum Diary opens in theaters on October 28th.

Larry Hagman is facing another serious medical problem – the actor has been diagnosed with cancer.

Hagman, 80, who has suffered from cancer and cirrhosis of the liver in the past, now has what he called “a very common and treatable form” of the disease.

“As J.R. I could get away with anything — bribery, blackmail and adultery,” the Dallas actor said, referencing his character from the show. “But I got caught by cancer.”

Hagman declined to elaborate on the specifics of his cancer but does plan to work on the TNT reboot of the TV show, which begins production Monday.

The network issued a statement in support of the actor:

“Everyone at Warner Horizon Television, TNT and the entire Dallas family completely supports Larry Hagman during this time,” the statement said. “We look forward to watching Larry once again work his magic by bringing one of television’s most interesting, complex and controversial characters back to the screen in the new Dallas series.”

Hagman has the final word on his fight:

“As we all know, you can’t keep J.R. down!”
