Justin Bieber Says He’s Not A Baby Daddy: ‘I’ve Never Met The Woman’

Justin Bieber isn’t taking the paternity suit brought by Mariah Yeater lying down.

The 17 year-old went to the Today Show to talk to Matt Lauer, Ann Curry and Al Roker telling the hosts he can’t possibly be the father of her baby because he doesn’t know her.

“Never met the woman,” Bieber said.

“I’d just like to say that none of those allegations are true. I know that I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim.”

Yeater, who is 20 years-old now, alleges in the suit that she met and had sex with Bieber in October of 2010 after a concert in Los Angeles at the Staples Center.

Bieber’s team says the suit is “malicious,” “defamatory” and “demonstrably false.”

But Yeater’s lawyers told Dr. Drew on his HLN program that not everything has come to light in the media yet and they believe their client.

“We think that’s highly unlikely based on the evidence we have, not all of which has been released to the media,” Yeater’s attorney Michael Pare said. “There’s credible evidence that supports he is the father.”

At the time, Bieber would have been 16 years-old and Yeater, 19. She also claims that it was Bieber’s first time, it lasted about 30 seconds and she wanted him to wear a condom but he refused.

It’s also possible, if the allegation is true, that Yeater could face statutory rape charges because of Justin’s age at the time of the encounter.

Her lawyers countered “that has no bearing whatsoever on the right for child support.”
