They’re moving on up!

Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton are planning to move into a much larger apartment in Kensington Palace after some serious updating and renovations take place. The move is anticipated to happen somewhere between late 2012 or mid 2013.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will leave their two-bedroom apartment and move to the 20 room dwelling which was the late Princess Margaret‘s until her death in 2002.

The home will need new plumbing, electrical and asbestos removal before being ready for the couple to take occupancy.

Apartment 1A (as it’s known) is managed by the Historic Royal Palaces and is used as offices, although there is a small area currently housing a public exhibition until September 2012.

The move was approved by Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles. William and Kate, along with Prince Harry‘s staff will move their offices from St. James Palace to Kensington.

Harry is expected to relocate to the apartment that William and Kate vacate as well.

William and Harry grew up at Kensington Palace with their mother, Princess Diana, who lived their until her death in 1997.

Jennifer Garner caught up with her Arthur costar Russell Brand on Saturday night at Milk Studios for the Motion Picture and Television Fund’s (MPTF) “Reel Stories, Real Lives” event.

The Hollywood Reporter’s Next Generation Class of 2011: Top 35 under 35 was held in conjunction with readings from actors and Hollywood professionals who benefited from the MPTF over the years.

Garner, 39, whose pregnant with her third child, chose a black lace dress with tuxedo jacket and bronze heels.

Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of singer Michael Jackson.

Murray was accused by the prosecution of administering a fatal dose of the surgical drug propofol and that contributed significantly to his death.

Dr. Murray was handcuffed and will be sentenced on November 29th and could face up to 4 years in prison and the loss of his medical license.

“This is a crime where the end result was the death of a human being,” said Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor. “That factor demonstrates rather dramatically that the public should be protected.”

Michael Jackson’s sister, La Toya Jackson and his friend, Kathy Hilton were in the courtroom as the verdict was read and cried.

TMZ reports that Michael’s children; Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket were not in court and will be told by their grandmother, Katherine Jackson.

Hayden Panettiere was among the celebrities in Belfast, Northern Ireland on Sunday for the MTV EMAs 2011 at the city’s Odyssey Arena.

The 22 year-old chose a black and white print, cap-sleeve dress from Tibi with all black peep toe heels.

Panettiere was a presenter at the awards show and while she was preparing to hand out the trophy for Best Song, the actress was surprised on stage by a male streaker, Dominic Monahan.

“Two friends of mine work for the security company, they got me in but they didn’t know I was going to storm the stage’” Monahan says of the prank, which he claims was not rehearsed.

“I undressed in a backstage store room and considering Lady Gaga is walking about with a flying saucer on her head, not many people notice a guy with a black blanket wrapped around him.”

Panettiere went on to finish her presentation and gave the trophy to Lady Gaga for “Born This Way.”

Kate Moss has created another tribute to her lovely daughter.

This time the supermodel has chose a fragrance to name after her 9 year-old girl, Lila Grace.

Moss says Lilabelle, is a scent that is reminiscent of her daughter.

“Lilabelle is my most personal fragrance yet, inspired by my daughter Lila,” Moss said. “It is a really soft and gentle scent yet also a bit daring.”

Described as a “pretty, soft fruity floriential,” Moss says it’s for all ages.

“I created it for both for grown women who want to remain young at heart and teens who want glamour and sophistication,’ Moss said. ‘It’s my gift to every woman and girl who lives life to the full.”

This is Moss’ ninth fragrance and the second time she’s said her daughter was the source of inspiration for a creation.

In her collaboration with Topshop, Moss re-imagined a Liberty Print with lilacs and bluebells she named Lila-bell.

Lila Grace was a bridesmaid at her mom’s Great Gatsby themed wedding this summer. Moss, 37, tied the knot with musician Jamie Hince in the English countryside.

Joe Frazier has the toughest fight of his life on his hands.

The 67 year-old boxing legend is suffering from liver cancer and is reported to be in hospice care currently.

His former foe in the ring, Muhammad Ali, has said he’s praying for Frazier and his family.

‘”The news about Joe is hard to believe and even harder to accept. Joe is a fighter and a champion and I am praying he is fighting now,” he said in a statment.

“My family and I are keeping Joe and his family in our daily prayers. Joe has a lot of friends pulling for him – and I’m one of them.”

Ali and “Smokin’ Joe’s” rivalry was at it’s peak in the 70s when Frazier delivered Ali his first professional defeat in 1971′s “Fight of the Century” match at Madison Square Garden.

Lindsay Lohan should have her own personal revolving door installed at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., because she has passed in and out once again.

Lohan reported to the jail on Sunday night to begin her sentence for violating conditions of her probabtion. TMZ is reporting the actress went in at 9pm on November 6th and was released at around 1:30am on Monday morning, November 7th.

Lohan, 25, was sentenced to 30 days by Judge Stephanie Sautner but because of a federal mandate to ease overcrowding, nonviolent offenders are released early.

It was thought Lohan would be incarcerated for about 6 of the 30 days, but that turned out to be a very high estimate of the length of her stay.

Lohan is still on probation and the judge has tightened the requirements Lindsay must meet to complete her 270 hours of community service. She will have monthly goals to meet in order to successfully complete her time.

If she fails to make any of Sautner’s deadlines, she could have an arrest warrant issued for her and sent back to prison.

Kelly Osbourne revealed on Twitter today that an accident in Miami sent her to the hospital.

I just want 2 thank all the incredible doctors and nurses @ Mercy hospital in Miami 4 taking such good care of me u guys really are amazing!

Hospital, what?  She further explained – and gave a plug to her mom show in the process:

Long story short I cracked my head open then kept passing out I have the all clear my mum came 2 get me 4 full story watch the talk tomorrow

The Talk is, of course, the CBS show co-hosted by Sharon Osbourne.  Ummm…how nice that Kelly has her own personal outlet to share her news?

Kelly was in Miami attending a model casting call for Madonna and Lourdes Leon‘s fashion line, Material Girl.  She’s the current face of the collection.

Russell Brand has accepted a leading role in Diablo Cody‘s new film Lamb Of God.  He’ll play a bartender named William, whose life closely mirror’s Brand’s own:  he’s a recovering drug addict who’s sown plenty of wild oats in his past.

Also starring in the religious comedy (something about that just doesn’t sound right, but what else would you expect from Diablo Cody?) is Julianne Hough.

Brand was named the top choice for the role back in August but his participation in the film was just confirmed this week.  Look for Lamb Of God in 2013.

Is it Christmastime already?  It is in Chicago, thanks to the Style Network’s Bill & Giuliana Rancic.  The celebrity couple hosted the tree lighting ceremony at Macy’s on State Street.   A little girl from the  Make A Wish Foundation did the actual honors, throwing the switch that turned on the Great Tree‘s more than 15,000 lights.

The Great Tree stands 45 feet tall and is decorated with over 2,000 ornaments.  It is surrounded by 14 smaller trees, each dedicated to ornaments inspired by celebrity designers affiliated with Macy’s, including Jessica Simpson, Martha Stewart, Donald Trump and Tommy Hilfiger.  This year marks the tradition’s 104th year!
