Kathy Ireland has built herself quite an empire since retiring from modelling and she’s done such a good job, she’s landed at the top of Forbes Magazine‘s World’s Richest Supermodel poll.

With an estimated $350 million net worth, Ireland, 49, beats out Gisele Bundchen, Cindy Crawford, Tyra Banks and Heidi Klum.

Ireland started out with a simple fashion line at K-Mart but has gone on to license her name to furniture, kitchen wares, outdoor furniture and jewelry.

She also purchased a production company, Sterling/Winters, that has produced her workout videos and two TV Christmas specials (Once Upon a Christmas and Twice Upon A Christmas) that she starred in.

The three-time Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover model brings in more money than Martha Stewart.

As for the rest of the top ten earning models, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com, Ireland earns more than Kate Moss, Christie Brinkley, Naomi Campbell, Elle MacPherson and Claudia Schiffer.
