Congratulations are in order for actress Lake Bell and her tattoo artist beau Scott Campbell. The couple is engaged, says Bell’s rep.

The pair hooked up in 2011 when Campbell guest starred as himself on Bell’s HBO show How To Make It In America.

Friends say that it’s the right next step for these two lovebirds.  A source told E! Online:

“They’re absolutely thrilled about the engagement. They’re a wonderful couple who make each other very happy. Lake is beaming about it.”

Bell recently appeared in the thriller Black Rock, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year.
