Rolling Stone tapped Justin Bieber to cover the magazine for a second time and with this July cover, they recycled the 2004 Lindsay Lohan cover line Hot Ready Legal.

Bieber just turned 18 a short 4 months ago but like a lot of young men, he feels he’s already more studly.

“I feel like I carry myself in a more manly way,” he told RS. “I don’t carry myself as a boy.”

The Believe singer is inevitably asked about his values and sex.

“I don’t think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them. I think you should just wait for the person you’re in love with.”

Bieber, whose mother Patti got pregnant with him at age 18, acknowledges he wasn’t planned but is grateful he has a young mother.

“She’s amazing. I was definitely an accident, it’s great my mum is super young, she’s a friend and a mum, she’s always been really strict. She still keeps me in line.”

The Bieber issue is on sale today.
