Carly Rae Jepsen is the latest celebrity to find private photos of herself in the hands of the wrong person.

The 26 year-old has already had plenty of supposed nude photos/sex tapes attached to her name in the short time she’s been in the spotlight.

One such tape Jepsen denied (that many believed to be her) has since been discovered to be model Destiny Benedict.

This time is different and Jepsen and when she and her representatives were tipped off to someone shopping the personal photos to various outlets in March, they went to the Vancouver police and reported the crime.

The investigation is still ongoing but, if caught, the person could face jail time for criminal harassment and unauthorized access to a computer.

TMZ reports the police do have a suspect.
