Robert Pattinson is the one person who has stayed silent in the aftermath of the Kristen Stewart/Rupert Sanders cheating scandal but his actions are speaking louder than words.

With both Stewart and Sanders having issued mea culpas, and Sanders wife, Liberty Ross tweeting some not-so-cryptic quotes and photos, Pattinson’s lips have remained sealed but the 26 year-old Brit is gutted by the revelation that his 22 year-old girlfriend, and her 41 year-old Snow White and The Huntsman director shared an intimate relationship beyond the professional.

“Rob is beyond devastated,” a source says of Pattinson. “He’s so heartbroken. He’s shocked she could hurt him and humiliate him this way.”

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn star is so upset he has packed his bags and left the home the two shared in Los Angeles, California, People magazine confirmed.

Pattinson & Stewart met on the set of Twilight but have been quiet about their relationship until recently, with both being a bit more open with the press and fans about their romance.

Although they’ve spoken only a little about their own love, Pattinson has spoken and made clear how he feels about people who step out on their significant others.

“Life is not black and white,” Pattinson told Vanity Fair Italy in April. “There are married couples that never see each other. Is that marriage?”

“But there’s a thing I’ve never got: That is, why do people cheat? I can understand the impulse, but not how you can keep two relationships going at the same time for long,” he continued.

“I’m not the casual-affair kind of guy,” Pattinson revealed. “If I choose to be with someone, it’s because I really want it. When I have a relationship, I’m 100 percent into it.”

Whether Pattinson can forgive Stewart or this is the end of their romance remains to be seen but for now he is in seclusion and not in contact with her.
