The first single from The Killers upcoming fourth album, Battle Born, is “Runaways” and the band has delivered a gloriously simple video to accompany the song.

Brandon Flowers and his leather jacket are center stage after the starry night sky opens the scene.

Flowers and his band mates are shown against empty roads as they whiz by while the group stays stationary on their neon bright red platforms. An ode to their native Las Vegas – the isolation of the desert paired with the neon of the city, perhaps.

The album will be released on September 18th.
