After two years, they’ve said “I do”!  Actress Natalie Portman married her choreographer-dancer-model sweetheart Benjamin Millepied on Saturday, August 4.

The couple exchanged vows in a Jewish wedding ceremony at a private residence in Big Sur, California.  They met on the set of Portman’s movie Black Swan in 2009, and became engaged in 2010.   They have one child together, a son named Aleph (14 mo).

In February, Portman and Millepied raised rumors that they had been secretly married when they were spotted at the Oscars wearing what appeared to be wedding bands.  The designer of the rings, Jamie Wolf, revealed that she had in fact made the rings, but would not confirm that they were wedding rings.  The couple made no statement at that time.

Since winning an Academy Award for her performance in Black Swan, Portman has been quietly enjoying motherhood (and evidently planning her wedding).  However, she’s recently been at work on two films with director Terrence Malik:  Knight of Cups and Lawless.   Millepied has been keeping himself busy modeling for Yves St Laurent.
