Thanksgiving Throw Down: Gabriel Aubry Arrested Following Brawl With Olivier Martinez
The ugly custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry just got a lot uglier. Aubry was arrested Thursday afternoon following a driveway fist fight with Berry’s fiance, Olivier Martinez.
Confirmed: Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Are Engaged
According to TMZ, Aubry showed up at Berry’s house to drop their daughter Nahla off for Thanksgiving with her mom. Martinez approached Aubry and supposedly made a comment which sparked off the fight. Aubry threw a punch at Martinez, hitting him in the shoulder, then pushed him to the ground. The two brawled in the driveway until Martinez pinned Aubry.
The damage? On Aubry’s end, a broken rib, bloody face and a potential head injury. Martinez injured his hand and possibly his neck.

Police were called, Martinez made a citizen’s arrest and the two were taken to the ER, where they ended up down the hall from each other. Aubry was taken to jail after being treated, and was booked for misdemeanor battery. He was later released on bail.
But that wasn’t the end of the bad news for Aubry… an emergency protective order was issued requiring him to stay 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez and Nahla too. This isn’t going to bode well for his custody bid.

she didn’t buy into happily ever after and dieedcd to have a baby anyway, so she knew full well that her and Gabriel Aubrey would split up. She should be willing to share custody because that baby needs her father in her life. I just want to make it ear that I am not someone who necessarily believes you should be married before having kids, nor am I bashing single moms by choice for not giving their baby a father. I’m saying that this little girl knows her father and loves him because he has been a part of her life since she was born so to take the father out if the picture now is cruel. I mean unless he is a bad role model or is abusive, but I have never heard any bad press about him and when they originally split up it was amicable so he cant be that bad. The whole situation is just sad and frankly Nahla is the one who will end up being hurt. It sounds like Halle is being a bit selfish! She made her bed and now she needs to lay in it.
