Lindsay Lohan’s Probation REVOKED! Is She Headed Back To Jail?

Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan may have finally pulled the Go To Jail card out of the Monopoly deck.  Los Angeles Commissioner Jane Godfrey has revoked the troubled actress’ probation, and she’s facing up to 245 days in jail.

The final straw for the Commissioner appears to be the three misdemeanor charges brought against Lilo for lying about her June car crash.    Lohan is due in court on January 15 for sentencing.    That’s plenty of time for her to get into all kinds of further trouble.   Her rumored new sweetie, Max George of The Wanted says Lilo can “party nearly as hard” as he can… and we know what happens when Lindsay starts to party.

Go To Jail Card

Regardless of her sentence, Lohan is unlikely to spend much time in jail due to overcrowding.  She was behind bars for a whole five hours of a 30 day sentence for probation violation last year, and in 2007 was incarcerated for a whopping 84 minutes.

Awww, remember Lilo back in 2007?  She seemed so innocent back then.  Little did we know her troubles were just beginning.   We wish her luck in court next month.
