Miley Cyrus chose a surprisingly modest dress with a daring twist for the VH1 Divas 2012 red carpet.  Long sleeves?  Check.  Basic black?  Check.  Turtleneck?  Check.  Cut outs up and down both sides that made it evident she’s not wearing underwear?  Oh, yes, check.   However, Miley’s dress looks like it came from Little House On The Prairie compared to what she wore when she hit the stage.  She performed Billy Idol‘s “Rebel Yell” in tight black leather pants and a studded and spiked cropped leather jacket.  She accessorized with a belly chain and frequent crotch grabs.  (Hey, it goes with her cropped platinum hair.)  Girl, we are SO far away from the Hannah Montana days.  I mean, this stuff makes that whole ill-advised topless photo seem kind of tame.
