Super-sexy Angel Candice Swanepoel is all wet on the cover of the Victoria’s Secret Swim 2013 catalog. This is her third year as the annual catalog’s cover model, and she’s excited that she was selected. She said:
‘For me, doing swim, it’s the best part of being a Victoria’s Secret Angel because I love the sun and the ocean. It’s really nice to see myself on the cover, and after all the iconic women, like Gisele [Bundchen] and Tyra Banks, it’s an honor.’
Swanepoel flaunts her curves in a number of revealing bikinis that really don’t look like they’re meant for swimming at all. She also offered some insight into how she keeps her body in supermodel shape.
‘I work out twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. I’ll start with half an hour of running and then some yoga to stretch everything out so everything is warm. In the evening I do butt lifts.’
However, Candice cautions against severe dieting to lose weight, saying:
‘It’s important to be fit, but you shouldn’t get too skinny. You need to have curves. I’ve learned a lot about diet in my years of being an Angel. A mistake a lot of girls make is that they work out but don’t eat enough. If you’re not eating enough, all the work outs are doing, it’s not going to show. You could be doing a million butt lifts, but your butt is not going to get any bigger because there is nothing to build on. Your body needs food to make that happen.’
Oh, if only getting a BIGGER butt were my problem….
