Happy Dads Sir Elton John and David Furnish Welcome A Second Child
Sir Elton John and his husband David Furnish are celebrating the birth of their second child. Elijah Joseph Daniel Furnish-John was born in Los Angeles last Friday (January 11).
Little Elijah was born to the same surrogate mother who carried the happy dads’ first child, Zachary (2).
The couple shared their joy with HELLO!:
‘Both of us have longed to have children, but the reality that we now have two sons is almost unbelievable. The birth of our second son completes our family in a most precious and perfect way. It is difficult to fully express how we are feeling at this time; we are just overwhelmed with happiness and excitement.’
John and Furnish have been together for nearly 20 years. They were married in a civil partnership ceremony in Windsor, Berkshire, in 2005. Congratulations to the whole family!
