Having Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for parents might leave you in the cold for Thanksgiving, but when it comes to your birthday, it definitely pays off.

Pax turns 7 this week and his parents celebrated his big day with a hot air balloon ride and a party Josephine riverboat out of Port Debilly, alongside the Eiffel Tower, for a birthday cruise on the Seine.

How fun!  Most adults don’t get that experience in their lifetime!  Pax is well on his way to a very traveled life.

Project Runway judge, Nina Garcia just gave birth to her second son in New York City.  She took to her Twitter page to announce the good news,

“Delighted to announce that over the wknd we welcomed 8lb13oz Alexander David Conrod into our home!” G

Her 3½-year-old son, Lucas and husband, David Conrod very excited!

Director Irvin Kershner has died at the age of 87 at his home in Los Angeles after a long illness.  He was an American moviemaker, best known for directing Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.

Leslie Nielsen form Airplane and Naked Gun, died today from complications of pneumonia in a hospital near his home in Fort Lauderdale at age 84, according to TMZ.

His agent told TMZ Nielsen passed surrounded by his wife and friends at about 5:34 PM ET.

He will be greatly missed by his loved ones as well as the millions of fans that will never lets his famous quotes die.  He will forever be a legend of Hollywood.

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones spent some time with their two kiddos at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort.  I absolutely love these snaps of them.  Michael’s smile is so sweet.  From all of the turmoil the family has been going through since he was diagnosed with throat cancer, it’s heart melting to see them all having such a good time together, making memories that no one can ever take away.

They enjoyed the Flight of the Hippogriff roller coaster (above) as well as some samples of Butterbeer, and they even got fitted for wands at Ollivanders and toured Hogwarts Castle.  Fun!  I’ve always wanted to visit that park, it looks like a blast!

Jay Photoglou happens to be a very bitter ex of Gretchen Rossi from The Real Housewives of Orange County.  After Jay appears on the show, she sued him for defamation, because he claimed they dated while she was engaged to another guy.  (Drama!)

The judge pretty much laughed at her claims and dismissed the whole thing.  So now Jay is taking a swing at her,  filing docs in Orange County Superior Court demanding that Rossi pay for everything he incurred during the fiasco:

- $96.25 for parking fees
- $289 in “mileage fees”
- $20.85 for a dinner meeting regarding the case
- $72,072.80 in legal fees.

Rossi’s rep said,

“The fee’s [Jay] claims he accrued are a result of his own actions by filing a SLAPP motion to stop Ms. Rossi’s pending litigation against him. The reality is this attempt was not very successful and the meat of Gretchen’s case still remains.”

How funny is that.  Jay looks like a bigger DB than he ever did before.  Talk about checking your manhood at the door.  So pathetic!

Last night I went to the movies and saw Morning Glory.  I was dying to see it being a huge Rachel McAdams fans and well, anything with Harrison Ford I have to see.

I knew it was going to be great, but I had no idea that I would be in stitches, laughing through the entire thing.   Talk about a feel good, happy, all around, perfect flick!

Here’s the synopsis,

When hard–working TV producer Becky Fuller (McAdams) is fired from a local news program, her career begins to look as bleak as her hapless love life. Stumbling into a job at “Daybreak” (the last–place national morning news show), Becky decides to revitalize the show by bringing on legendary TV anchor Mike Pomeroy (Ford). Unfortunately, Pomeroy refuses to cover morning show staples like celebrity gossip, weather, fashion and crafts – let alone work with his new co–host, Colleen Peck (Keaton), a former beauty queen and longtime morning show personality who is more than happy covering morning “news.” As Mike and Colleen clash, first behind the scenes and then on the air, Becky’s blossoming love affair with fellow producer, Adam Bennett (Wilson) begins to unravel – and soon Becky is struggling to save her relationship, her reputation, her job and ultimately, the show itself.

You won’t be disappointed or wondering why you just blew $10.  You’ll just leave, looking forward to it’s DVD release so you can see it again.

Heidi Fleiss thankfully didn’t completely lose her home to the scary house fire on Thanksgiving. The total damage only ended up being about $60,000.  From the looks of the photos, I would think it was a total loss!

Even though she was able to save all 20 of her birds, she lost the guest house completely that she kept them in.  Plus she lost all of her clothes and her Tempur-Pedic bed was ruined.

Money is just money, I am glad that Heidi and her pets are okay.  Hopefully Christmas will be a better holiday for her and the birds.

Lindsay Lohan skipped the crowds of Black Friday (smart girl) and hit up some outlet stores near the Betty Ford clinic yesterday.  She wasn’t getting her own retail therapy, she was getting in some Christmas shopping for her friends and family.

Lilo hit up Gucci and Michael Kors (LOVE those stores!) along with a few other hot spots.

Baby steps.  Baby steps.  Good work Lindsay.  Keep it up!
