Jackson Rathbone was at the WordTheatre: Pushcart Press where prizing winning stories read by stars of stage and screen in New York yesterday. Jackson stars in the movie Twilight where he plays a little but very important role, Jasper Cullen, and he is very important  to all of his fans. I say there isn’t enough written about him.

Jackson recently was interviewed for the National Examiner and I have to say how impressed I was with the interview. It made even me swoon.  What impressed me most was how down to earth he is. Just look at what he looks for in a girl.

I look for a woman with a sincere smile and a love of the arts. I love being able to go out on crazy dates, like breaking into zoos after hours, so a woman who has a sense of adventure… but I also love a calm night of jamming on a beach at midnight with a bonfire, whiskey, and friends… so a woman who can hang in any situation and not get too clingy if I’m playing some music and spending time with my friends and family.

Tell me what girl couldn’t be like that. I know my favorite thing in the world to do is to break into zoos. Sign me up!

Stephanie Pratt was spotted being sparkly at the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Miami Beach on Saturday night. I love how cute she looks in this dress. And the colors are nice and bright for summer time.

I can’t wait to see the next season of the Hills in the fall and she just how much Stephanie is in the show now that Lauren Conrad is gone. But if the show is in fact fake, I’m sure they can write her in somewhere.

It took me forever to get used to Ashley Greene‘s new hair, but now that I’m used to it I think she looks so cute. She was at the Vision Awards last night at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.  I also love the dress she is wearing. Her stylist deserves an A+ for that.

Ashley was recently in Nylon magazine and she described how she felt about the cast of Twilight, Ashley plays Alice in the movie.

“We get along really well. And thank God! Can you imagine going back over and over if we didn’t?”

They are starting to film the third movie in the saga, Eclipse, starting in August.

This week just keeps getting weirder, with all these celebrity deaths there is one more to report. Fox News is reporting that Billy Mays, from infomercial fame, has died at the age of 50. He was found unresponsive at his house this morning and was later pronounced dead. It’s thought that the cause of death is from the trouble he had in an airplane yesterday when he bumped his head. But they say he was acting fine and normal last night before he went to bed.

What is even freakier about this story is that just 21 hours ago Billy tweeted that he was okay and he had some trouble on an airplane.

Just had a close call landing in Tampa. The tires blew out upon landing. Stuck in the plane on the runway. You can always count on US Air.

And now this morning we find out he has died. His son, Billy Mays III, has confirmed his death on Twitter too.

My dad didn’t wake up this morning.. I’m sure you’ll all hear about it. It hasn’t yet hit me but it’s about to.

I am really just hoping it’s a joke but it seems to have been confirmed by many sources, even TMZ. It’s just all too weird for me for all these people dying like this.

Ashley Tisdale has been trying to promote her new album, Guilty Pleasures, by playing a concert in The Grove today.  Check out that outfit she was wearing when she left. I wish I could wear something as short as that. She better enjoy that as long as she can.

Ashley even took to Twitter before and after the concert tweeting how excited she was to be performing. And the latest thing she tweeted?

It’s been a rough couple of days for family, friends, and fans of Michael Jackson coming to grips with his sudden loss. I have to admit that I am one of those people having a hard time with it wondering if it really happened or not. Joseph Jackson, Michael’s father, has released an official statement that even I can find comfort in. And I hope that for other’s it can do the same thing.

“In one of the darkest moments of our lives we find it hard to find the words appropriate to this sudden tragedy we all had to encounter. Our beloved son, brother and father of three children has gone so unexpectedly, in such a tragic way and much too soon. It leaves us, his family, speechless and devastated to a point, where communication with the outside world seems almost impossible at times.

We miss Michael endlessly, our pain cannot be described in words. But Michael would not want us to give up now. So we want to thank all of his faithful supporters and loyal fans worldwide, you – who Michael loved so much. Please do not despair, because Michael will continue to live on in each and every one of you. Continue to spread his message, because that is what he would want you to do. Carry on, so his legacy will live forever.”

It’s comforting to know that we aren’t alone in our grief.

I bet just like me everyone is wondering how good Kristen Stewart’s singing will be for the movie she is filming right now, The Runaways. She plays Joan Jett. And you know there has to be singing involved in that role.

Celebuzz found this clip this morning of Kristen playing the guitar and singing along when she was in the movie, Into The Wild, back in 2007. I was amazed that her singing, may I say it is better than her acting. I know I am horrible but I haven’t really decided about her acting, but her singing is awesome.

Kim Kardashian was seen at the Sugar Factory to celebrate the grand opening at the Mirage Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas last night. Is it just me or does Kim look really different? I had a hard time even realizing this is her. It can’t just be the make-up can it? That can’t change someone so drastically can it?

Whatever her secret is she needs to share it with everyone else.

Daniel Radcliffe is grown up on the most recent cover of Parade magazine.  He is turning 20 next month but says he feels like he’s an old man. I couldn’t imagine how I would feel about it if I lived as much as he has already.

Inside the issue he talks about his birthday, Harry Potter and nude scenes on Broadway. Here are the highlights:

On liking older women: “Girls my own age are not really an option. I find, generally speaking, they have to be entertained more than older girls do. So most of the girls I have had serious things with are generally sort of in their 20s.”

On his birthday next month: “I’ve noticed I make noises when I get up and sit down now. I mean, my knees are rotten bad—I refused to wear knee pads too many times when I was doing stunts, and I just clobbered them up a bit. I am an old man in a young man’s body.”

Where Harry leaves off and Daniel begins: “When I started out at the age of 10 or 11, I was essentially saying the lines as I myself would say them. When I became aware that that’s what I was doing, at 13 or 14, it didn’t make sense to change, because it would suddenly be a dramatic shift in the character.”

On shocking audiences with a nude love scene on Broadway: “As soon as we started doing the show, people went, ‘Oh! So this is not pornography—this is a play,’ It was mainly hyped beforehand. I didn’t set out to shock people. I set out to do something different from Potter. If I had wanted to shock people I would have played, you know, a gay drug dealer.”
