Sandra Bullock & ‘The Hunger Games’ Shine At People’s Choice Awards 2013 – See Complete Winners List

Sandra Bullock

The 39th Annual People’s Choice Awards were held in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Wednesday night with Kaley Cuoco hosting for the second year.

The 2013 PCA’s celebrated The Hunger Games with 5 wins including Fave Movie Actress & Fave Face of Heroism for star Jennifer Lawrence.

Sandra Bullock took the inaugural Humanitarian Award for her work at Warren Easton High School in New Orleans that was ravaged after Hurricane Katrina.

“I’m not at all being modest when I say I’m not doing anything compared to what they do on a daily basis,” the Oscar winner told the audience.

Christina Aguilera also took a brand new award this year – The People’s Voice Award.

Other winners included Taylor Swift, Emma Watson, Nathan Fillion, Jennifer Aniston, The Wanted & Ellen DeGeneres.

The Razzies Continue To Say ‘Twilight’ Sucks – Twi-Hards Could Care Less

Razzie trophy

The 33rd Annual Razzie Award nominees came out today and once again, the voters said Twilight and everything to do with it suck.

Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are featured every year on the list for the worst films and performances and the 2013 nominations feature the trio once again.

Not only was the trio terrible, but it also singled out director Bill Condon and actresses Ashley Greene and Mackenzie Foy as well for a total of 11 nominations in 10 categories.

Razzie founder John Wilson described the movie’s premise:

“The ultimate installment of the inexplicably successful series focuses on Shirtless Werewolf Jacob and his creepy relationship with the daughter of Sparkly Vampire Edward and Gloomy Goth Gal Bella. Together, the four face a final showdown that will determine the fate of Romantic-But-Boring Monsters everywhere.”

Stewart didn’t catch a break and found herself with two nods as Worst Actress: once for her turn in the final vampire franchise flick The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn part 2 and for her role as the lead heroine in Snow White and The Huntsman.

Lest you think the Razzies didn’t show any love/hate for other flicks, Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy and Tyler Perry find themselves and their films with multiple noms.

Sandler, who swept the awards last year with his seriously God-awful Jack & Jill, landed his latest celluloid offering – That’s My Boy – with 8 nominations. Sandler has the dubious honor of winning the most Razzies in a year when the anti-Oscars organization awarded him and his pile of dreck ( J&J) 10 trophies in 2012.

Happy Hanukkah From Backseat Cuddler

Hanukkah, the Jewish Festival of Lights, begins tonight (December 8th) at sunset.   This holiday marks the Jews’ rededication of the Temple of Jerusalem after their scrappy little army, though outnumbered, took back Judea from the Syrians.   They wanted to re-light the eternal temple lamp, but there was only enough oil for one day.  Miraculously, the oil lasted eight days, until a new supply arrived.

Jewish or not, all of us can enjoy Adam Sandler‘s hilarious “Hanukkah Song.”  Chag Sameach, friends.

Adam Sandler’s ‘Jack and Jill’ Poster Hypes Stupidity

Here’s the poster for the upcoming comedy Jack and Jill starring Adam Sandler.

This movie couldn’t look any less idiotic, if you’ve seen the trailer you know exactly what I mean. This poster isn’t doing the movie any favors either. I miss the funny Adam Sandler, what happened to him? I hope this movie is as massive of a failure as it should be, it’s an insult to the intelligence of the movie going public.

Adam Sandler’s ‘Jack And Jill’ Trailer Seems Like a Horrible Mistake

Here’s the trailer for the new Adam Sandler “comedy” Jack And Jill.

I don’t even know where to begin. This movie looks like the biggest steaming pile of bad jokes and horrible ideas possible. I can hardly believe that this one is real, and I’m sorely disappointed in Al Pacino for taking a part in this. Just awful, I’d rather get optical surgery than watch this movie.

Jennifer Aniston, Brooklyn Decker & Adam Sandler Hit The Red Carpet For ‘Just Go With It’ German Premiere

The stars of Just Go With ItBrooklyn Decker, Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston – hit the red carpet in Berlin for their movie’s German premiere.  Someone sure looks happy to be an Adam Sandwich between those two glamorous ladies.

The movie’s German title is Meine erfundene frau, which translates to “My Fake Wife,” and that pretty much sums up the movie’s plot as far as I can tell.

Adam Sandler & Jennifer Aniston ‘Just Go With It’ Pair

Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston walked the blue carpet at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York City for the premiere of their film Just Go With It.

Aniston, who rocked the red carpet in a black Dolce & Gabbana dress with sheer skirt and thigh high slit, spent some time on film in a bikini next to costar and Sport Illustrated swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker. Even with the envious body of Decker next to her, Aniston was confident with her shape. She said:

“I just was [feeling] pretty confident and I keep in good shape and you know, I felt pretty all right with everything.”

Sandler said he admired her restraint and her body:

“It’s a beautiful, beautiful thing. Jennifer works hard, she eats right, you know, she does,” Sandler said.

“She never snacks on the stuff I snack on.”
