Adriana Lima went to the Lexington Avenue Victoria’s Secret store on Saturday to greet fans and sign autographs. She was promoting the Sexy Little Things Noir, which is a new body-care and fragrance line from Victoria’s Secret.

I’m not sure what look  she was going for here. But I’m not sure if I’m sold on it. I think she is so pretty to begin with but this is all wrong for her. Especially the dress. Cleopatra is not the thing that works.

It’s easy to see why she was the second highest paid underwear model – and fourth highest paid supermodel – for 2008!  Don’t we all wish we could look that good in a bikini?!

Usher’s performance kicked off the 2008 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show at the Fontainebleau Hotel last night. It was followed by all the Angels rocking the stage like the true stars they are. Hot Angels included new mom Alessandra Ambrosio that looked amazing for someone who gave birth 2 months ago, and super hot Milf Heidi Klum, who always manages to get in the smallest outfits on the Victoria’s Secret runway.

The 27-year old Victoria�s Secret Angel Adriana Lima is getting married. Sorry guys!! The lucky bastard is Marko Jaric, a NBA player for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Marko popped the question last night�Adriana’s birthday (June 12)�his rep told People. “He asked and she said yes. They are both incredibly happy and couldn’t be more in love,” says publicist James Weir.

“I was not the person to fall in love easily. I am a difficult person from that standpoint,” Marko told People last March. “Now, it’s a little different situation.” Adriana, who is a devout Catholic, echoed his sentiments during a recent interview with GQ: “I believe love just happens once. You can be mistaken, you can think you are in love, but after a while you discover that you’re really not. Real love is different.”

Oh they are so in love it kinda makes me a little nauseous! Adriana Lima confessed she would keep herself pure till her wedding day� I�m shocked she is still a virgin!!

Adriana Lima is a 26-year-old Brazillian supermodel best know for her work with Victoria’s Secret and Maybelline.� But who is the girl�beneath�the angel wings?

Lima was born in the northeastern coastal town of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil on June 12, 1981 and is an only child.��She is reported saying she is of African, Indian and Swiss descent; however, her Maybelline biography states that her heritage is French, Portuguese, Native American and Caribbean.� Whatever her ethnicity, it works for her!

When�Lima was a baby, her father walked out on her and her mother.� She has since been distanced from him. However,� she has been recently making attempts to reconcile with her estranged father.

Lima was discovered in a shopping mall when she was 13 years old.� When she was 15, she won first place in the Brazil’s Ford Supermodel of the World Search.� At age 18 she moved to New York City and signed with Elite Model Management.� Since then, she has worked with Vogue, Marie Claire, Vera Wang, Christian Lacroix, Emanuel Ungaro, Giorgio Armani, Fendi, Ralph Lauren, Valentino,� GUESS?, Victoria’s Secret, and Maybelline.
