Pharmacist Ira Freeman testified in court on Thursday (October 22) that he refused to fill a prescription request in September 2006 for Anna Nicole Smith saying it would have resulted in “pharmaceutical suicide.”

On September 15 2006, Freeman received prescription requests from psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, just four days after Smith’s son passed away. The prescriptions he received included painkillers, muscle relaxants and one that was eight times the recommended dosage of Dalmane, a hypnotic sedative.

“If she got ahold of these medications, it could have fatal consequences,” he told a judge in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles hearing is to determine whether or not Anna Nicole Smith’s psychiatrist, Eroshevich, her former boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, and an another unnamed doctor should stand trial on federal charges of conspiring to supply an addict with dangerous drugs through fraudulent means.

Anna Nicole Smith eventually died, five months later, of a prescription drug overdose.

Anna Nicole Smith‘s former boyfriend/lover/attorney Howard K. Stern has been charged-along with doctors Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor- of providing her with the highly addictive drugs that ended up taking her life in February 2007.

California Attorney General Jerry Brown issued a statement saying Eroshevich, Kapoor and Stern are charged with “repeatedly and excessively” furnishing drugs — “often for no legitimate medical purpose” — to Smith, an actress and model best known as a Playboy Playmate.

“There is ample evidence that Dr. Eroshevich and Dr. Kapoor violated their ethical obligations as physicians, while Mr. Stern funneled highly addictive drugs to Ms. Smith,” Brown said.

The statement said the suspects “furnished thousands of prescription pills to Ms. Smith, including opiates, benzodiazepines, and other controlled and non-controlled substances,” the Times reported.

Eroshevich and Kapoor are accused of falsifying prescriptions while Stern is accused of “obtaining, delivering and administering these prescription drugs.”

This is so sad- these people took such advantage of her when she was going through a devastating time in the loss of her son and best friend, Daniel. Yes, Anna Nicole was an adult and she chose to take those pills, but she trusted Howard K. Stern and he just kept her drugged up. Lord knows she wasn’t the most stable person around… Thank goodness Larry Birkhead has their daughter now and not this psycho!!

In Touch Weekly reports that little Dannielynn Birkhead has been made an offer to follow in her late mother’s footsteps.� Just like Anna Nicole Smith, the two year old has been asked to star in an ad campaign for Guess.

Although dad Larry Birkhead says it’s “unlikely” that Dannielynn will model, he does say that she “might have her own clothing line soon.”

Um, how does a two year old have a clothing line?� She can’t design anything, or even sign off on any designs.� This is just another way that Larry is using his daughter to promote his own interests – and line his pocketbook.

Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daddy is getting his own reality show. Larry Birkhead‘s show will debut on E! in January 2009. He will be followed as he runs the Smith�s business, raises Dannielynn, homeschools his 18 year old nephew Justin who�s father died and now he resides with Birkhead.

He says that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott (who starred in the Oxygen reality series Inn Love and Home Sweet Hollywood are to thank and convinced him to do the show by telling him, �Dean and I will support you. Why not? Your life is out there anyway,� he said. Birkhead talked to ET and told them that it was only a matter of time before he did this kind of show, �My life in the last couple of years has been a reality show,� he said.

He also stated, �There�s been so many things out there that are not true, and there are so many things that I�ve taken a lot of beatings for and I haven�t set the record straight; nobody knows the true reality of how I live and what I go through.� �I�m changing diapers one minute, going to a basketball court the next, going to a concert – here, there, you know, stores – so it�s tough,� Birkhead says.

And for�now, Dannielynn is completely unaware of the past and the fact that she is without a mother. The thing I�m most proud of is she doesn�t know what�s going on; she�s just happy and worries about her toys and we just have the best time. �The time is really about bouncing back and being happy and taking advantage of all the things we have, and not forgetting what we don�t have, but also just going forward,� he stated.

I’m so sick of parents exploiting their children for money. Anna Nicole would be proud.

Just as we thought Larry Birkhead went and decided to live his own life away from the media, he returns. He kind of reminds me of Adnan Ghalib. He just won’t go away. Now he is talking to Life & Style how they are moving from Anna Nicole Smith‘s house, where they have lived since Larry was granted custody of Dannielynn.

L&S: After Anna�s death, what made you decide to bring Dannielynn to Anna�s home?
Larry: There were just tons and tons of memories. Anna�s reality show was taped here, and it�s the place she called home. After she passed, I just couldn�t bear to part with it.

L&S: So why are you selling it now?
Larry: You know, I always said I�d never sell, but the longer we�ve been here, the more I�ve realized it�s not built for children. We live over a canyon, and while the view�s great, there�s no backyard. I�ve bought Dannielynn every toy under the sun, but they can�t replace a yard. She doesn�t have a place to have her friends over to play.

L&S: Do you have any ideas about where you�ll be moving to?
Larry: I�ve already seen one house in the Calabasas area that I really liked. It�s a little farther out in LA than we are now, so it�s less crazy. And there are tons of children in the neighborhood. It seems very kid-friendly.

L&S: So you�ll definitely be staying in Southern California for now?
Larry: We�ll travel back and forth between here and Kentucky, where I�m from. I bought a 10,000-square-foot house in Louisville, near my family. I�ve thought about moving there permanently at some point, when it�s time to find a good school for Dannielynn. That will be on the horizon soon.

L&S: You�ve kept an entire closet of Anna�s clothing, accessories and jewelry. Is that another way of preserving her memory for Dannielynn?
Larry: Yes. Every piece in there has a story. Someday, I hope to show them all to Dannielynn and tell her what event her mom wore them to and what they meant to her � from the casual T-shirts to the fancy dresses. I want her to understand how beautiful and glamorous her mom was.

L&S: Is there any item in particular you�re looking forward to passing on to Dannielynn?
Larry: Anna and I wore necklaces with matching crosses. The one I�m wearing now, Anna was wearing when she passed away. I never take it off. I have the other one that matches it. Someday, I�ll give it to Dannielynn.

Am I the only one that seems like this is wrong? I think he is a great dad to Dannielynn but he’s obsessed with the media.

Larry Birkhead is to fathers as oh, I don’t know, Dina Lohan is to mothers? He recently dropped $3,000 on lingerie worn by the late Anna Nicole Smith during a Playboy photoshoot.

Birkhead bought a pink bustier for $1,800 and a white negligee for $1,000 at the auction, run by Julien’s Auctions and held at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

Awww, was Larry feeling nostalgic? Nope, not so much. He bought this stuff for their daughter, Dannielynn. Is he trying to encourage the toddler to follow in her mother’s footsteps? According to him, he is creating a store of things “to remember her mother by.”

“I have a lot of history I have to put together that she doesn’t really know about,’ Birkhead told The Associated Press. ‘Playboy was such a big part of Anna’s career.’

‘You know, it’s not something I can show today, but something down the road. It’s not going to be in any bedtime stories anytime soon.’”

What a GREAT dad… saving the nudie mag centerfold stories for when his little girl is older. K-Fed better watch out, he might have competition for Father Of The Year!

Even Hugh Hefner recognized Miley�s talent and said that when she is legal, he would want to have her in Playboy magazine.

Actress Willa Ford is playing the late Anna Nicole Smith, former Guess model billionaire’s wife and playmate turned Trim Spa spokesperson. The made for TV biopic chronicles Smith’s life from the age of 17 to her unfortunate death in Florida at age 39.

Ford is best known for her turn on Dancing With The Stars third season, a little bit of music and videos, and a turn as Pantene spokesmodel.

Earlier this week I wrote about how Larry Birkhead was bringing Dannielynn to the grave of Anna Nicole Smith, and now I have the footage. I still think this is insane. Dannielynn does not look impressed to be there and all Larry is seeming to do is try to make a nice smile for the camera. This still should have been done in private.
