‘Dancing with the Stars‘ professional turner crooner Julianne Hough chose an age-appropriate, fun and flirty pink mini dress with an open back and lots of layers. The ‘American Idol‘ finalist, Kellie Pickler, went with a sexier, long sheer black gown with a plunging neck line full of embellishment (to accent those boobies FOX helped pay for).

There’s an apparent arrest warrant out for actor Shia LaBeouf…for smoking!! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.  Since when was smoking illegal if you’re outside?  Do people have monopolies on the air now?

From TMZ:

We’ve learned a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Shia LaBeouf.

LaBeouf received a ticket February 18 in Burbank for unlawful smoking, a misdemeanor. He was supposed to appear in court at 8:30 AM, but neither he nor a lawyer showed — so a $1,000 bench warrant was issued for Shia’s arrest.

Shia was allegedly smoking on the sidewalk outside a shop called Skyblupink, a gift shop, when cops cited him.

We’re waiting to hear back from Shia’s rep.

I’m from The South, but someone told me that it was illegal in California to smoke in your own car…is that true?  Californians sound like they’re smoking something a lot stronger than cigarettes, if you ask me.

The stuntman is being held in custody at the West Hollywood LAPD station, with bail set at $20,000.

Elyse Sewell from the first season of America’s Next Top Model and her ex-boyfriend, Marty Crandall from The Shins, were arrested on Friday night in Sacramento for domestic abuse.

Elyse wrote on her Livejournal:

 

On the drive home (home?) from Albuquerque to Portland, my ex-boyfriend got shitfaced and roughed me up in a Sacramento hotel. I escaped from the room through a blitzkrieg of violence and talked to hotel security, who called the fuzz.

Because he had a bite mark, inflicted in self-defense, on his arm, Marty told the police to PRESS CHARGES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST ME. Now I am a felon. Jailors. America’s Next Top Model fans, all. As the warden took pics of my bloody knuckles for evidence (!!!! evidence!), he quipped, “So there goes that hand modeling job, huh? What’s Tyra going to say about this?” And here is how I was summoned from the holding cell for a strip-search, complete with a thorough plumbing of the boodissy: “Hey, Supermodel! Git over here!”

Elyse was bailed out, but Marty is still “wincing the night away” in jail!

Mickey Rourke must not have listened in school when they said not to drink and drive…a Vespa.

The Palm Beach Post reports:

The star of Angel Heart and Sin City was booked at 9:30 a.m. at the Miami-Dade Pre-trial Detention Center in Miami and held on $1,000 bond.

Page Two lensman Fred Montana said he was looking for preggers glamour girl Jennifer Lopez at about 2 a.m. when he bumped into Rourke walking into the nightclub Mansion with an unidentified hottie.

“They came back out two hours later and crossed Washington Avenue to go to his scooter,” Montana said. “They both got on it, and he did a U-turn to go north. He was pulled over within a block.

“The cop says to him: ‘You swerved right in front of me.’ And Mickey answered: ‘No, no, dude, I’m all right.’”

Actually, according to the arrest report, Rourke also let out a four-letter bomb when he was stopped. Cops say the actor had a flushed face and bloodshot and watery eyes and that his speech was slurred.

“I’m not drunk, I didn’t even drink that much,” Rourke said, according to the report.

Rourke allegedly failed field-sobriety tests before being taken to headquarters for a breath test.

“He could not do the walk in a straight line,” Montana said.

Born in Liberty City, former boxer Rourke lives in a condo near the club.

According to criminal records, Rourke was arrested in Miami Beach once before, in January 1994, and charged with resisting arrest.

Hopefully he won’t be Out in Fifty!

CBS reports:

 Sunday, you may have seen [LaBeouf] stubbornly standing up to security guards at a local Walgreens.

Chicago police say actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested at the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m. Sunday after repeatedly refusing to leave the store.

A security guard repeatedly told LaBeouf that he wasn’t welcome and had to leave because he appeared to be drunk, police said.

When the actor refused to leave, the security guard detained him and called police.

After he was arrested, LaBeouf was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m., police said.LaBeouf, 21, of Glendale, Calif., was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.

The Transformers breakout star has been the subject of buzz the past few months and is just beginning his ascent into super-stardom.  Now, he’s starting to act like it, too.  Celebrities just can’t seem to stay out of trouble, can they?  Hopefully this will be an isolated event, and we won’t be hearing about him calling anyone Sugar T*ts anytime soon.
