Ashley Tisdale is the epitome of summertime babe as she strode down the blue carpet of Phineas & Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension premiere in Hollywood at the El Capitan Theatre on Wednesday.

The 26 year-old Hellcats star checked out the flick wearing an All Saints Aztec dress and nude slingbacks from Christian Louboutin.

Tisdale, who voices the character Candace, had been hanging poolside in Miami with dancer Julianne Hough earlier this month but Flew into LAX to take part in the premiere promotion for the film.

The made for TV movie debuts on the Disney Channel, Friday August 5th at 8pm.

Ashley Tisdale marked her July 2 birthday with a belated celebration in Las Vegas. She partied, as so many celebrities do, at Pure Nightclub in Caesar’s Palace.

So I see Ashley is blonde again.  I actually thought her recent darker hair color was kind of nice.   Now, her hair just looks damaged and fake.  Nice touch leaving the roots dark – just to make sure we all know that you’re not a natural blonde.

Why am I so snarky about this girl?  I think I’m still a little disappointed about that nose job in 2007.   She was very pretty with a lot of character before, but now she just looks like every other young starlet in Hollywood.

Ashley Tisdale is a Disney Channel darling, so it’s only natural that she turned out for the Disney-sponsored A Time For Heroes Celebrity Picnic benefiting the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

One thing comes to mind as I consider this picture of Ashley:  are we actually looking at the inventor of the duckface?  A bazillion Facebook profile pictures look just like this, but I really have to wonder whether Ashley is the original.

Well, OK, two things.  What in the world is she carrying in that enormous purse?

Drumming up sales for Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure, Ashley Tisdale greeted fans at the Barnes & Noble store at The Grove in Los Angeles on the day of the vid’s release.

The 26 year-old actress wore a cute, trendy cream dress as she signed autographs for fans who were eager for her High School Musical’s character, Sharpay Evans spin-off movie.

After three hugely successful HSM movies, this Disney flick takes Tisdale’s Sharpay and sends her to New York to try her hand at making her Broadway dream come true.

Ashley Tisdale stopped by the Toronto studios of MuchMusic’s New.Music.Live show on April 14th to promote her latest offering: Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure.

The 25 year-old had on high-waisted 70s inspired pants from Alice + Olivia and a tank top for the chat program and she looked fantastic.

She told the audience she was a little nervous not having Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens around for this spin-off of her character from the super successful Disney franchise High School Musical.

“It was much harder this time because I was not surrounded by all the characters that I’m used to,” Ashley said.

“It was a whole new cast. That was definitely a little different to get into. I was used to having Zac and Vanessa playing Troy and Gabriella. It was a little nerve-wracking because I felt a lot like Sharpay does in the movie; like I was out there on my own with a whole new cast,” the Hellcats star explained.

Aly Michalka gets a surprise tonight and is initiated into the Hellcats secret little cheerleading society. (Sorry, minds out of the gutter – it’s not that kind of episode!) Episode 1.14 “Remember When” is a flashback show and you even get Ashley Tisdale in her High School Musical character Sharpay’s wig.

Here is the official synopsis:

HELLCATS “Remember When” Episode 14 – The Hellcats kidnap Marti (Aly Michalka) for her initiation into the group. They flashback on how Savannah (Ashley Tisdale), Alice (Heather Hemmens), Lewis (Robbie Jones) and Vanessa (Sharon Leal) became Hellcats. After the party, Marti realizes that her interest in Travis (guest star Ben Cotton) and his legal case could bring her friends harm and possibly even cause Bill Marsh (guest star Aaron Douglas) to disband the Hellcats altogether. Matt Barr also stars. Omar Madha directed the episode written by Kevin Murphy & James Eagan.

Hellcats is all new on The CW at 9pm tonight.

Ashley Tisdale headed to The Grove shopping center in West Hollywood for an outdoor interview with Extra Monday afternoon (January 24.)

Tisdale tweeted to her many fans prior to the gig:

The 2011 People’s Choice Awards took place at the Nokia Theatre Live L.A. Wednesday night (January 5th) and young Hollywood came out in full force.

Taylor Swift won for Favorite Country Music Artist and Zac Efron grabbed the Favorite Movie Star Under 25 trophy.

Ashley Tisdale, Miranda Cosgrove, Emma Roberts, Raven Symone and sisters AJ and Aly Michalka were all on hand for the evening. The stars brought out their fashion A-game as Tisdale wore Farah Angsana, Swift chose J Mendel, Roberts picked Chrisitan Dior, Cosgrove wore Nicole Miller, and Gomez wore Paule Ka on the blue carpet and Irina Shabayeva for her performance.

AnnaLynne McCord, Cassie Scerbo and Josie Loren were also at the ceremony.

Top 10 Bikini Babes For 2009

Ashley Tisdale and her cutie pie boyfriend, Scott Speer were spotted at a Coffee Bean in Los Angeles grabbing some yummies.  They make such a cute couple.  I don’t know about Ashley’s look here though, the oversized grunge look is a bit off for her.  But hey, maybe it was just a ‘lazy’ day and we all need those, right?
