President Barack Obama is going to be a guest on The View this Thursday (July 29.)  He will be the first sitting president to appear on the show.  But, he did appear on the show during his campaign.

The ladies will be asking questions about jobs, the economy, the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and family life inside the White House.

Barbara Walters will be there for this special guest.  She’s been out, recovering from her heart surgery and won’t be back to normal until September.  But, did you really think that she’d miss this interview?

The Obama Family has officially released their First Family Portrait.  Famed photographer, Annie Leibovitz had the honor of shooting the portrait.  She has photographed Miley Cyrus, John Lennon, and many others.  She has a huge portfolio.

The photo was taken in the White House green room.  President Obama and his First Lady, Michelle Obama were wrapped up in the arms of their daughters, Malia and Sasha.  Very sweet.

Annie Leibovitz has been shooting the Obama’s pictures for some time now.  The Vanity Fair pictures of Michelle and of Barack for the Africa issue.  Plus Leibovitz shot Obama for Men’s Vogue on the campaign trail.  She’s practically family now!

I don’t know the last time I was this creeped out.  I just got a call about this YouTube video that is going off about a public school in New Jersey pretty much brainwashing young students into worshiping Barack Hussein Obama.  WTF?  Is this AMERICA?  It’s not feeling that way much these days.

Okay.  How is this acceptable?  They take prayer, God, and Bibles out of school and replace them with “Barack! Hussein! Obama!”  This is sick and wrong.  These are our children they are messing with.  How can we just stand by and let this happen?  How did we get here?

Who knew that President Obama could speak Hebrew?  Well that’s just what he did today.  Rosh Hashanah kicks off tonight. For the first time, The President recorded video greetings that can be seen online with French, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, and Persian subtitles to reach out to the entire world.  No President has done this before.

Here is a bit of the speech,

Let us work to extend the rights and freedoms so many of us enjoy to all the world’s citizens – to speak and worship freely; to live free from violence and oppression; to make of our lives what we will. And let us work to achieve lasting peace and security for the state of Israel, so that the Jewish state is fully accepted by its neighbors, and its children can live their dreams free from fear.

President Obama was wielding a plastic light saber, showing off his Jedi skills at a white house rally for Chicago’s bid for the 2016 Olympics on wednesday.

“Chicago is ready. The American people are ready. We want these games,” Obama said. “If you choose Chicago, I promise you this – Chicago will make America proud, and America will make the world proud.”

Who knew the president was trained in the ways of the force. Apparently his Jedi mind tricks don’t always work on congress.

These pictures are all over the web.  Someone has made a very loud statement about how they feel about President Barack Obama.  Obama’s face as The Joker from The Dark Knight is screaming about his socialistic ways and how he is turning America into a socialistic country.  These posters creep me out.  A little too real looking if you ask me…..

It seems that Barack was a bit distracted at the G8 Summit by the backside of a 16 year old, Mayora Tavares.  I know that timing is everything and well, this photographer has it right here!

The biggest entertainer of all time, Michael Jackson, has died on Thursday at his home after suffering a heart attack. The whole world is devastated with the news and mourning the loss of the King Of Pop, President Barack Obama is no different. Obama offered his condolences to the fans and family and refers to Michael as a spectacular performer and a music icon.

“Michael Jackson was a spectacular performer, a music icon,” White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs conveyed the President’s reaction during a news conference Friday. “Everyone remembers hearing his songs, watching him moonwalk on television during Motown’s 25th anniversary. But the President also said that [there were] aspects of his life that were sad and tragic. His condolences went out to the Jackson family and fans who [are mourning] his loss.”

The White House just released the official portrait of President Barack Obama’s best friend, a Portuguese water dog named Bo Obama. Bo, the first puppy was a special request from Obama’s daughters, Sasha and Malia, for their move to the White House. Aww… Isn’t Bo absolutely adorable?? Presidential pose!!
