Angelina Jolie reportedly is so mad at Brad Pitt for lapsing into “middle aged schlubbiness” and growing a beard that she’s resorted to name calling.

Their “friend” says that she has started calling him “Billy Goat Gruff” in order to “shame him into getting rid of” his facial hair.  Supposedly she can’t even stand kissing him anymore.

His beard really has grown pretty long.  Just this summer it was much more trimmed and neat looking.  But he still looks good to me - if the man wants to grow a beard, let him grow a beard.   And honestly, can you really believe a story told by a so-called friend to a tabloid?

Brad Pitt has reportedly spent $82,000 on a custom-designed home for his kids’ pet gerbils.   Ridiculous, right? At first I thought it could possibly be true, though… after all, Brad spent a hell of a lot last year on some bizarre furniture and rugs.  And plus, he’s freakin’ Brad Pitt - he has enough money to spend as much of it as he wants, however he wants, right?

But then I read the description of the gerbil habitat, supposedly designed by Brad himself.  It includes:

labyrinths, tunnels, multiple platforms, seesaws and heated swimming pools

And honestly, they had me until the swimming pool part.  Gerbils are desert animals and they don’t like to swim!  Silly celebrity gossip.   Wait, what?  Me?  No!  See, I don’t make UP anything.  I just report on what I hear.  I’m not that creative!

Maddox Jolie-Pitt is just eight years old, but evidently he’s old enough to understand tabloid headlines.  He’s apparently seen too much of the gossip rags talking trash about his parents, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, and “has been asking a lot of questions.”

So, according to the Chicago Sun-Times‘ source, this is why Brad has been giving interviews everywhere lately.  Even though Maddox and sibs

‘’see the true, loving relationship Angie and Brad have with each other [and] they really don’t think their personal lives are anyone’s business, I think by putting out positive stories about their relationship, they believe it will make their son happy.  They want to give him some headlines that are true and will settle him down.”

I’m sorry, but that’s ridiculous.  First of all, how frequently are the kids out at the grocery store or other places where they see these headlines with any regularity?  Second, there is no guarantee that “positive” stories will result from any interview.  Third, does Brad really think that saying you should “take pictures of other people’s wives’ butts” instead of your own wife’s butt is a positive reflection of his relationship, and a model he wants to offer to his son?    I don’t usually believe “sources” but this one is particularly lacking in credibility.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been worried about the health of their younger children, twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon, who will celebrate their first birthday on July 12. According to Life& Style, Brangelina have submitted their twins to various medical tests and have been keeping them hidden from the public eye because of their infinite allergies.

“Knox has trouble holding down his food. He spits up nearly every meal.” Vivienne, meanwhile, has food and environmental allergies, explains the insider: “Right now, she’s on a lactose and gluten-free diet, and she’s still underweight.”

“Because of their delicate state, Knox and Vivienne need to be kept away from anything they could possibly be allergic to,” the insider explains. “That’s a lot easier to do when they’re home and in a controlled environment.”

Again tabloids are just exaggeration and blowing this out of proportion. The twins are still young, they probably can’t even walk yet… what are people expecting to see? Vivienne and Knox might be very special babies but they aren’t super babies. I think Brangelina is right to keep them home and away from the media’s scrutiny.

It looks like Brad Pitt has finally ‘put a ring on it’.  LOL.  At least he’s trying to.  Brad is giving his baby making/adopting woman, Angelina Jolie an ultimatum.

‘Marry me, or it’s over.’

What’s more, another source says, Brad told Angie — who hopes to add to their six children — “he definitely wants to get married before they have any more babies.”

Why is Brad putting his foot down? While his Oscar-winning baby mama frantically pursues film and humanitarian work, he’s essentially been a single dad — and he’s “stressed out,” a friend of Brad tells OK!.

So if Angelina won’t play housewife/mommy now, why does Brad think she will with a ring.  I don’t think that she will ever slow down and fully commit to anyone but herself.  That’s just Angelina Jolie for you.  Take it or leave it.  And if I was Brad, I would leave it.

Jennifer Aniston, who was seated right behind Sean Penn, could not contain the snicker smile (watch video below) when it was announced Brad Pitt was not the Best Actor Oscar winner. Jennifer, Jennifer, you mean girl!

As Michael Douglas announced Sean Penn as the winner for Best Actor, Aniston, who was seated directly behind the “Milk” star, showed obvious satisfaction that her ex-husband, who was also nominated, wouldn�t be taking home the honor with an undeniable snicker.

Oh, nothing sweeter than see your ex-husband fail, if that can be considered a failure. I wonder when is Jennifer getting an Oscar nomination?? I predict never!! Brad Pitt was also a bit sour (watch video below) when Kate Winslet was announced as the winner for Best Actress and with good reason � his woman (Angelina Jolie) was also nominated!

When the auditorium erupted into a standing ovation for Best Actress winner Kate Winslet, Jolie, who was also nominated, was quick to stand up. But Pitt stayed seated.

It wasn�t until Jolie bent down and seemingly whispered to her man to make a move that he hesitantly rose to feet.

At least Angelina knows how to lose and the sport glamorous way to do it! At home it might different; Angie probably just threw knives at Brad Pitt all night! Just to release some tension! Now that is one happy marriage!

Star Magazine is reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are complete slobs!

Their $85,000/month French chateau �has been turned into an absolute pigsty� according to sources.

“It’s actually pretty disgusting,” the source says. “Every room looks like a war zone.”

Maddox, 7, and Pax, 4, are two of the biggest culprits and often wage “toothpaste wars” with younger sisters Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2, leaving a huge mess of dried gunk all over the bathroom walls, mirrors and floors. There’s also hair dye all over the bathroom, thanks to Maddox’s blue Mohawk.

The rest of the house is nasty too, with crayon all over the walls and fly-infested dirty dishes in the kitchen.

This doesn�t surprise me. They reportedly don�t believe in hired help, neither one seems like the domestic type, they have two newborns to take care of, and they feed their kids nothing but junk. But eeewww! I thought they had adopted their brood of rainbow babies to get them out of bad living conditions! Suddenly I feel so much better about my own house.

Here we go again� Angelina Jolie has reportedly given birth to twin girls today in Nice, France. This story seems real to me but Angelina has given birth to those exact same babies so many times already that it is kind of difficult to say if this is just another rumor.

InTouch has the exclusive details of the most anticipated birth of the century:

Sources at the La Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France, have revealed exclusively to In Touch that Angelina Jolie has given birth to her twins. According to insiders, the 33-year-old had a caesarean today at 6pm French time and delivered two girls. The first baby was born at 6.45 pm and the other at 7pm. The babies are in good health, another insider says. Sources say Brad Pitt was present during the birth. When contacted by In Touch, the hospital�s spokesperson, Nadine Bauer, said that journalists would not be notified ”within minutes” after the birth and that the only way they would be told was by a press release posted on the hospital Web site. Another insider adds that Angelina is expected to leave the hospital with her newborns within 48 hours.

Congratulations to the Jolie-Pitt family!!

Update: One report out of France is claiming that Angelia gave birth to a boy that they have named Knox Leon and to a girl they have named Vivian Marcheline.

Angelina Jolie is due with twins anytime now…but that won’t stop her from adopting a boy from Africa.

“Angie and Brad [Pitt] have wanted an African boy for the last couple of years,” an insider [says]. “They were initially going to have that adoption follow the addition of Pax last year, but that all changed when Angie got pregnant with twins last fall.”

And in true not knowing when to keep their mouth quite the insider goes on to say….

“Angelina was pretty far along in the process of adopting a beautiful baby that captured the couple’s heart when she and Brad got the surprise of their life and found out they were expecting.”

That is so sweet. I don’t know how they can handle even more than two children.

Globe trotting Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt handed out quite a bit of dough to charities this past year. The couple’s tax filings indicate over 8 million dollars was given to their foundation and handed out to various charities they’ve supported.

In 2006, the foundation donated about $2.4 million, including $1 million gifts to Doctors Without Borders (International Division) and the Global AIDS Alliance.

The foundation’s other donations include: $137,935 to the Namibia Red Cross Action Program (Jolie gave birth to Shiloh in Namibia); $100,000 to the Daniel Pearl Foundation (Jolie played the widow of the slain journalist in A Mighty Heart); and $100,000 to the Epidermolysis Bulloma Medical Research Foundation, which is supported by other A-listers including Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox.

Pitt and Jolie, Us‘ Couple of the Year, have also backed the cause of rebuilding the gulf coast, where Pitt recently enlisted the aid of Bill Clinton for his Make It Right project.

Say what you want about them, but the duo not only promotes charities, but they help to fund them as well.

The lovely couple known as Brangelina, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt attended The Critic’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles looking as fantastic as ever. The couple came in support of Jolie, who was nominated (but lost out to Julie Christie,) for her role in the film, A Mighty Heart.

Pitt � who wasn’t wearing his usual newsboy cap � didn�t take his arm off Jolie�s shoulder all night. �They were laughing and whispering and chatting with pals like Don Cheadle,� the onlooker adds.

Jolie and Pitt were, �the most loving and attentive I�ve ever seen them,� an eyewitness tells Usmagazine.com. �They were completely infatuated with each other.�

She looks great and so does he.
