Real Housewives of New York stars Ramona Singer and Jill Zarin are continuing to wage their pinot grigio war from the episode to their twitter/blog/Facebook pages.

To Auction or Not To Auction, That is the Question:

On Thursday’s episode, Zarin hosted a fundraiser to help teens and young people suffering because of bullying. Swag bags included Jill’s book and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps‘ CD (ugh! hope there was something else in those bags…)

The drama ensued when Ramona came with a case of her Ramona Singer label pinot grigio, that Zarin was under the impression was supposed to be auctioned off for charity. Ramona was under no such ideal and proceeded to strongly suggest to staff they serve her, promptly.

Ramona and Jill got into at the event, with Jill confronting her about the auction. Ramona claims Jill’s assistant told her to bring her own wine to drink and now the ladies have taken up the battle online.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi is calling out her costar, Tamra Barney.

The Rossi VS Barney tussling has been an ongoing staple on the Bravo TV show for a few seasons and it looks like there is no stopping it in this season, the sixth, either.

Gretchen told Popeater that Tamra has “Camera balls” – that urge to ramp up their personality and dramas just as the cameras start rolling.

“Tamra definitely turns it on for the cameras,” Gretchen tells the site. “She and I get along really well off camera, but when we’re on camera she’s just mean and evil. Not nice.”

Really? You two are fine off camera? I find that almost impossible to believe. The terrible things they say about each other on camera and it rolls off their backs in between shooting?

Well, add this to the pile of conflicting statements. Rossi claims Tamra want the spotlight to herself and that is why she acts out on screen.

“I think [Tamra] wants to be the star of the show, and that’s fine with me,” she said. “Because if she wants to be the star of the show, that means she’s a train wreck, so I’m totally OK with that.”

I have to admit – I’m not sure why Gretchen and Tamra would be OK with each other after the way they treat one another in front of the lens. I picture the two plotting the public humilation and demise of the other as a regular afternoon appointment.

Charlie Sheen is making headlines still with his erratic behavior and unsettling rants against costars, TV executives and CBS studio chief.

“I’m really starting to lose my mind,” he confesses to Life & Style. I’m ready to call anyone to help.”

The volatile actor has had a number of public blowouts including losing his children to Brooke Mueller, who was able to get a court order against Sheen and have their 2 year-old twins removed from his care.

“I’m really trying to contain myself right now,” Charlie tells Life & Style. “My lawyer wants to come over to my house and take the bullets out of my gun.”

Sheen’s associates and friends are very concerned, according to the magazine.

“Charlie’s losing it. He’s really mad about the show, and dealing with the kids and Brooke is getting to be too much. Charlie is a ticking time bomb, and we all fear he could do something drastic like committing suicide or falling back on hard drugs.”

Of all the stupid things…

Glee creator Ryan Murphy took a verbal swing at the band Kings of Leon in the latest issue of The Hollywood Reporter. Murphy is still sore over KOL denying the show’s request to license their song “Use Somebody” that happened back in August.

At the time, lead vocalist Caleb Followill said the group was denying a lot of licensing opportunities (not just Glee) because they wanted to be selective and not just sell their rights to make money.

“We got an offer to appear on an episode of Ugly Betty. They wanted us to play ourselves. We had some people call us up wanting to know if we’d allow Use Somebody to appear in the trailer for their next movie, and we turned them down,” Caleb Followill tells NME magazine. “Next day, they called back and tried to put us through to the star of the movie—I won’t name names, but he’s an incredibly famous actor—to let him try and convince us to agree to do it. I was like, ‘Man, don’t even waste your energy’.”

Let’s be honest. This happens a lot. An artist or group doesn’t want to “sell out” and they deny anything that’s popular. And as much as I happen to love Glee, I was kinda rooting for KOL on this one.

Kelly Osbourne unleashed on her ex-fiance Luke Worrall on Monday night, in a foul mouthed Twitter flame fest.    Apparently she saw, or intended to see, her former sweetie over the holidays in London, where she was visiting her parents, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.  But judging by this string of Tweets, things went south quickly.

Just found something out that has hurt my feelings so bad…and christmas was going so well…

What do you do when someone lies in the darkest way and you try to tell the person that was lied 2 but they don’t believe you?

I think the best part of this situation is that I have been painted out 2 be the crazy 1 when all I did was tell the honest to gods truth

Stephen Baldwin is hopping mad at Kevin Costner and his business practices. Baldwin filed a federal lawsuit in New Orleans on Wednesday December 23rd, against Costner and his business partner Patrick Smith of Ocean Therapy Solutions for securities fraud.

Baldwin and a second plaintiff, Spyridon Contogouris claim that they invested in and owned a stake in the company and were tricked into selling those shares back for a very low sum as Solutions was working on (and signed) a $52 million dollar deal with BP after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf in April of this year.

Oceans Therapy Solutions had developed parts and machines designed to separate oil from water and the men were led to believe there was no interest from anyone, including BP, in buying the parts. Baldwin and Contgouris believe they were kept in the dark all while a deal was being worked out and the two men sold their shares back to Costner and company under false information.

BP did buy 32 of the water cleaning machines for $52 million but Baldwin had sold his 10 percent share for much less because he was “clandestinely, secretly and wrongfully” misled about the pending deal.

The lawsuit alleges: “The plaintiffs have been damaged directly by the misrepresentations and omissions of defendants in that they sold their membership interests for a fraction of their actual value.”

Baldwin filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy over a year ago after owing back taxes of $2.3 million and defaulting on his mortgage for a home in New York state so being duped would be a particularly bitter pill for the 44 year-old actor to swallow.

Sharon Osbourne is known for having a sharp tongue, and it looks like her husband Ozzy Osbourne is taking his cues from her.  The Prince of Darkness had a few choice things to say about Lady Gaga recently:

“She’s getting to be too much. And she doesn’t watch the exposure of her clothes. She’s just too overexposed…When I turn on the TV, I see her wearing another lampshade or whatever. I think she’s really, really entertaining, but she’s doing a bit too much. Every day it is something else.

The specialness of her is gonna get killed if she doesn’t calm it down.  Someone should whisper in her ear and say back off for a couple of months – let people gain interest back.”

First off, I am completely surprised that Ozzy is lucid enough to take note of much of anything, much less a pop singer.  Then again, Gaga is kind of hard to miss.   The other thing that surprises me is that I 100% agree with him.  Gaga is getting a bit too precious for her own good.  Pretty soon there will be nothing more left for her to shock anyone with.  Then what will she do?

Thora Birch was headed to off-Broadway in a revival of Dracula but her meddling father cost her the job. According to director Paul Alexander, Thora was a delight; her father – not so much:

The director, Paul Alexander, said the decision had nothing to do with Ms. Birch’s acting abilities, which he praised; she was playing the central female character, Lucy Seward, the love interest of Count Dracula. Mr. Alexander said that Ms. Birch was fired because her father, Jack, had threatened another actor during a rehearsal on Thursday night. Mr. Birch, in an interview, denied making any threat.

Jack Birch is her manager as well as parent, and was present at many rehearsals and for one, a male actor was rubbing Thora’s back as he was directed to do for the scene. Her father asked the actor why he was touching his daughter’s back and according to Alexander, then made it very clear to that actor he was stop immediately.

When the actor tried to explain further what he was doing, Mr. Birch said, according to Mr. Alexander: “Listen, man, I’m trying to make this easier on you – don’t touch her.”

Mr. Birch disagrees with that version insisting he was not threatening the actor, just attempting to relay how uncomfortable Thora felt.

Howard Stern is at it again… and this time he’s gone after Precious star Gabourey Sidibe.   Following her losing the Best Actress Oscar to Sandra Bullock, Howard said:

“There’s the most enormous, fat black chick I’ve ever seen. She is enormous. Everyone’s pretending she’s a part of show business and she’s never going to be in another movie.”

And since he doesn’t like her, no one else is supposed to either, evidently.  As for Gabourey’s supporters, specifically Oprah Winfrey:

“Oprah’s another liar, a filthy liar. She’s telling an enormous woman the size of a planet that she’s going to have a career.”

(Howard must not know that Gabourey just landed a recurring role on the Showtime series The Big C.)

I dunno.  I didn’t see Precious and I don’t intend to, although I am deeply curious what in the world Mo’Nique did to win a freaking Academy AWARD.  So I can’t defend Gaby in an informed way.  But I wonder what Howard has to gain from attacking her.  I guess having a microphone and an audience makes you feel entitled to say anything.

Joe Francis is the latest jerk to join the Woman Beating Club. Last night Brody Jenner and his gorgeous Playmate girlfriend, Jayde Nicole were celebrating his 26th birthday at Guys & Dolls when things got ugly…..

Jayde saw Joe Francis bothering one of her friends so she threw a drink on him. Joe then ”pulled [Nicole] to the ground, punched and kicked her.”  WTF?!  How does this happen!?  Joe Francis spineless and disgusting.  Security broke it up, Brody got a punch in on the way out which in return got him tasered.  So this morning, Brody Tweeted about the brawl,
