Singer Michael Buble has spoken out about his breakup with Emily Blunt last year.   Apparently he was so devastated that he needed therapy.

“It was a whole s**tload of things. It was going through the break-up and asking myself why. I have a tendency to sabotage relationships; I have a tendency to sabotage everything. Fear of success, fear of failure, fear of being afraid. Useless, good-for-nothing thoughts.”

Sabotage, huh?  Yes, I’d say hanging out with another chick would definitely sabotage a relationship.

Michael says that the therapy has helped.

“I’ve become a lot more introspective. I’ve taken the time to get to know myself and to like myself and respect myself.”

That’s nice.  Meanwhile I am sure Emily couldn’t care less - she’s too busy being happily engaged to John Krasinski!

After months of speculation, pop singer Avril Lavigne and Sum 41 member Deryck Whibley have split!

“She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on,” a source tells the new Us Weekly, adding that Lavigne, 25, forced him out of their $9.5 million, 12,00-square-foot estate in L.A.’s Bel Air.  ”Divorce papers will be filed any day now.”

Another source reported that Deryck as “crushed” that they are separated.

Their reps had no comment.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have been married since 2006.

Younger sister, Kim Kardashian, is reportedly doing “okay” after her sudden split from her NFL boyfriend Reggie Bush, but that doesn’t mean Kourtney Kardashian can’t give her opinion on the matter.  Kourtney was chatting it up with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, and had this to say about Kim:

“Kimmie’s good. She’s fine,”  “I feel like she just needs…alone time and to focus on herself.”

Even though Kim may be doing fine, and okay, all on her own, the family just isn’t having any of it.  They want the couple to get back together, and it seems the sooner the better.

“I haven’t talked to him [Reggie], but my mom just said she’s going to training camp and dragging him back!” Kourtney says. “We all love Reggie. How cute would the babies be?”

So much for taking time to focus on herself, huh?  I mean, who needs self fulfillment when you can have cute babies with someone you decided you just shouldn’t be with any longer.

Actor Dennis Quaid may be playing a bit of a tough guy in the new movie G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra, but when it comes down to it, he is still a daddy. Quaid is the father of three kids, Jack Henry, with ex-wife Meg Ryan and twins Zoe Grace and Thomas Boone. You may remember that the twins survived after a terrible heparin accident shortly after being born sparking a lawsuit against the hospital and drug maker.

When asked if having already been through the baby years with older son, Jack, has made taking care of the twins easier Quaid said,

“Easier, and it’s harder, too,” he says. “You don’t freak out at every sniffle and every trip and fall. It’s not such a shock, changing diapers and getting up in the night. But it’s harder because there’s two of them. One’s going one way, and the other’s going the other. You go from man-to-man to zone defense.”

And how the twins are doing following their accident?

“She’s very much a girlie-girl, and he’s like a linebacker.”

Don’t worry about him missing time with his oldest son due to working with the twins. Dennis just spent spring break with Jack looking at colleges.

Word is that LeAnn Rimes and and her husband of seven years, Dean Sheremet have been separated a while. If you believe the rumors of LeAnn Rimes and her co-star Eddie Cibrian were having an affair while filming the Lifetime original movie Northern Lights in Canada last fall, this is no surprise.

“Le and Dean have been separated for quite some time now, but they’re continuing to try and work through their relationship,” a Rimes pal says.

This comes just days after Eddie Cibrian’s wife, Brandi Glanville, announced that she is leaving her husband due to him allegedly having affairs while they were married.

Not even two months ago, Cocktail was telling us all about how in love she is with Ray J and how they are definitely a couple. Shortly thereafter, Tila Tequila said she was his woman. And how he is planning the second series of his dating show, For the Love of Ray J. I guess those player ways never left him (which was apparent when we was sleeping with more than one woman during the first season’s taping).

Now Cocktail is spilling the details of their break-up on her MySpace page. Here are the highlights:

When I was on the show, I truly fell for Ray. I invested my time, effort, and emotions into him and wanted things to work. But the reality of reality television is that it doesn’t always work. Ray and I are no longer together. We have not been together for awhile now but we have remained friends and when we hang out we have a great time. I miss him very much and respect what decisions he has made. He is a really cool person and someone I feel connected with for sure but aside from that, I can’t say.

She goes on to say that she is really happy now and has many “projects” coming up. Thrilling. Gotta love all these reality people who keeping trying to extend their already too long fifteen minutes of fame!

I know it really isn’t breaking news but it sort of comes to a surprise to me. I really thought that Paris Hilton had found the man that she wanted to marry in Doug Reinhardt. I mean they were together for a couple of months already and she had baby names picked out already. She also had totally stopped talking about Benji Madden too. That means true true love right?

But alas, their rep has released this statement:

“In response to the inquiry on whether Paris Hilton has split up with Doug Reinhardt, yes, this is true they are no longer together. They remain friends and ask that you please respect their privacy.”

I have been avoiding posts on Jon & Kate Plus 8 because everything about it makes me sick, and I am going to say something that a lot of people may not agree with- get off of Kate’s case!! Everything has been blamed on her by her husband, their families and “friends” and now the media. She has taken on this show as a job, and just like a lot of Americans, the job requires her to travel. That travel and time away from them brings in major bucks so that the kids can have a better life, go to whatever college they dream of and have amazing weddings. They only film two days a week- not every single day. And those kids are not any more exploited than Tori Spelling’s, Denise Richards’, the Duggars, the “Little People”, or any other reality show that centers around families. When everything in the family was hunky dory, no one had anything to say about the “exploitation” of the kids.

Are actresses attacked when they go film movies away from home and don’t see their kids for a week? Or spend 12 hours on a set? No! This is a job for them, and despite what the economy looks like, she is writing books and traveling so that her family can be taken care of.

Now what makes me sick to my stomach is that TLC has doubled the amount of episodes this season to 40, up from last season’s 20. Since the season premiere brought in 9.8 million viewers- a record for the network- they have said they will continue to air the show as long as people want to see it. I know we are all a little money hungry right now, but the humane thing to do would be to step back, realize that this family is spiraling out of control and they need to concentrate on the marriage and the family.

Why don’t they provide Jon & Kate with some counseling, or a kid-free vacation away together, all expenses paid? Why don’t they help pick up the pieces that they had a part in breaking? Cashing in on people’s hardship is what got America in this mess in the first place. When we start thinking about others before ourselves, that’s when things will turn around for us.

Personally, I couldn’t stomach spending a lot of time away from my kids and having nannies helping to raise them. But we are all different people, and those kids are well cared for. Why don’t people start blaming Jon for being in his 30s and leaving bars with college girls? I mean seriously.

It’s true, and not so shocking… Blink 182’s Travis Barker and his beauty queen ex-wife turned girlfriend Shanna Moakler have parted ways, yet again.

The couple - who divorced in 2004, got back together a few times, broke up some more and then reconciled in September after Barker’s near-fatal plane crash - are apart again “after a nasty fight broke out at his house last night and cops were called…[when] Shanna started freaking out and acting irrational,” a source told Us Weekly. No charges were filed.

Reportedly, Barker confronted Moakler about her rumored affair with Gerard Butler, which supposedly took place when he was in the hospital recovering from the aforementioned accident. Whether or not that story is valid, insiders say Travis “just wants to focus on his music and his children.”

This sucks. I think it’s great when divorced couples are able to reconcile and work things out- especially when kids are involved. Maybe they’ll give it another shot next week.

Twitter addict extraordinaire John Mayer is saying Twitter is silly and dump. YES, the tweeting bird, who reportedly got dumped by Jennifer Aniston for his addiction, is completely mad at Twitter now. NOW that he got dumped for it… I would be mad too!

“It’s inherently silly and it’s inherently dumb. If you really think that Twitter is the pathway to spiritual enlightenment, well…It’s one step away from sending pictures of your poop.”

“I’ve always communicated at a high level as best I can whether it’s Twitter, Napster or message boards or wherever,” Mayer said. “I don’t have a devotion to Twitter. I didn’t sell out to Twitter. You do Twitter until everybody gets off of Twitter and it’s something else you go and try out.”

On last night’s season finale of The City, we saw Whitney Port dump a heartbroken Jay Lyon, leaving him standing alone in the street, in tears. I kind of just figured that as soon as the show wrapped, they got back together and it was mostly all for tv. Apparently I was wrong!

The City creator and executive producer Adam Divello exclusively confirms to Us, “Whitney and Jay are broken up as of The City season finale. There were a few factors in their relationship that led to their split and fans saw those play out on-air. As we pick up where we left off when the show returns later this year, viewers will see what unfolds as we continue to tell Whitney’s story.”

On Friday, Whitney was in Vegas to celebrate her sister Ashley’s bachelorette party. She told us having a relationship in front of a TV crew has been hard for her, “It’s really difficult. Put yourself in this position. It’s hard to have an intimate relationship no matter what, whether there are cameras there or not, so it’s not the most natural thing. It kind of speeds [the relationship] up. It takes a lot of the spontaneity out of it.”

Well, congrats to Whitney I guess. I really loved them together, but she can definitely do better. She deserves the best of the best!!!

I think finally all my prayers have been answered. Criss Angel and Holly Madison have broken up. Yes, I still like Criss no matter how gross people say he is. I just had this feeling that Criss and Holly weren’t meant to be. Maybe Holly just really liked that Criss had money?

These are the first pictures of Hayden Panettiere since the reported breakup of her and Milo Ventimiglia. I have never seen rumors fly as fast as they have with this story. I have been following this story very closely, I am a huge fan of Milo’s and I have found evidence that they haven’t broken up and that this is just all one nasty rumor.

Kristen at E! said that she knows people on the set and they say that they are still together…

According to a source close to the couple, “Milo and Hayden are an intensely private couple, so everything out there in the press is speculation and hearsay. Only they know what’s really going on. They never acted ‘together’ on set, and they still aren’t acting ‘together’ now.”

I’ll take it…And just yesterday the girl that does the makeup for the Heroes crew posted this picture at the set. Notice that Milo and Hayden’s chairs are right beside each other…it is all just confusing.

In any case these pictures were taken at Guy�s nightlclub in Hollywood on Thursday night. She looks like she isn’t fretting over anything and partying. In fact, all of us should do that.
