Robin Williams and his wife of 19 years, Marsha Garces Williams, filed for divorce on March 21, according to The San Francisco Chronicle. The two cited “irreconcilable differences” as their reason for divorce, as all celebrities do.

They were married in 1989. They have an 18-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son.

Marsha met Robin when she worked as a nanny for Zachary, Robin’s son with his first wife.

Marsha also produced “Mrs. Doubtfire” and “Patch Adams.“

19 years is a long time for two people to be married in Hollywood!  I wonder what made them decide to call it quits now?

Jenny Craig spokesperson and former One Day At A Time sweetheart, Valerie Bertinelli sat down for a taping of the Oprah Winfrey show to air Monday February 25th and let loose a few skeletons from her closet with ex-husband Eddie Van Halen.

“I cheated,” she tells Oprah on the episode, airing Feb. 25. “He claims to this day that I cheated first, but I don’t know. I don’t know about the timing.”

Bertinelli, 47, who’s promoting her tell-all book, Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time, also reveals that her ex, with whom she’s now friendly, wanted to take their relationship slow – at least at first. “He didn’t want to sleep with you,” asked Winfrey. Responded Bertinelli: “I know … I wanted to sleep with him … and he wanted to talk to my dad first.”

Now if she really wanted to get back at Eddie, she would’ve slept with David Lee Roth. I’m just saying…

I’m glad Pink is kicking Carey Hart to the curb. The other day there were pictures of Carey Hart with another girl in Vegas….and now today the divorce.

Pink’s publicist says, “Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”

I’m sorry to hear they are splitting up, but it seemed like this was bound to happen.

Marital bliss is a long ago memory for these two. Charlie Sheen and his ex, Denise Richards are on opposite sides of a legal dispute involving their children again. Richards will go to a judge and ask that their kids be able to appear in a reality television program with her. Shockingly, Sheen does not feel it’s appropriate. Either that or he’s getting back at his ex, and vice versa. Who can tell?

TMZ.com reports: We’re told the ground rules in the ongoing custody dispute are that either parent must get permission if the kids are goin’ on camera. We’re told Charlie feels it’s exploitive and will draw a clear line in the sand, objecting to any appearance by three-year-old Sam and two-year-old Lola.

TMZ is reporting that Pamela Anderson is “no longer pregnant.”

As we first reported, a then-pregnant Anderson filed for divorce last month, but briefly reconciled with Salomon. But then it was on again. And then there were photos last weekend that made it look like a second reconciliation was in the offing.

Now we’ve learned the divorce is definitely on, and there will be no child support issues to complicate matters.

Yesterday Perez Hilton’s blind item was, “What buxom blonde is planning to get an abortion? The semi-retired actress’ soon-to-be ex-husband was said to be livid when she was pAArtying on New Year’s eve. Coke and unborn babies don’t go well together!”

Put it all together, and it seems a little fishy!

Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds have split just two weeks of wedded bliss!

The couple tied the knot on New Year’s Day on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia. The wedding ceremony was reportedly just a spiritual ceremony, so the couple was never officially married to begin with. Ergo, no divorce filings will proceed.

UPDATE: It’s official! Eddie’s reps just released a statement: “After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further. While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends.”

Beatles legend, Sir Paul McCartney has never spoken publicly about his divorce to Heather Mills, but that’s all about to change. The musician is about to open up and let the world in on his painful and public dissolution of his marriage.

McCartney, 65, has teamed up with Nitin Sawhney for a track on his forthcoming album London Undersound which is due for release later this year.

And Sawhney insists the song will be a shock to McCartney’s fans.

He says, “Paul has done a track about how he feels about Heather and what was going on with the paparazzi because no one has heard his side of it at all - so this will be the first time anyone hears a song relating to that subject. It’s very emotional and a very powerful song - not like anything that people are used to Paul McCartney doing.”

The estranged duo are are due to appear in court in February for more settlement negotiations.

Actor David Faustino is newly single as his divorce was finalized this past week. What you may not know is he has been rumored to be a part of (and now it’s out in the open) author Neil Strauss’s Stylelife Academy. Strauss is recognized amongst the seduction community as one of the top pick-up gurus and is the author of the book The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pick-Up Artists. Strauss is also the person who brought Mystery, aka Erik von Markovik, from VH1’s show The Pick-Up Artist to the general media’s attention. Mystery was a featured guru in the book.

Some people rebound from failed romances very quickly. Actor Ryan Phillippe, who was married to and has two children with Reese Witherspoon, is that kind of person. When the pair split in October of 2006, he was reportedly seeing actress Abbie Cornish. Now things have progressed with his divorce and settlement being final so Phillippe and Cornish had a public shopping trip with his kids.

On December 2, the couple took Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4, shopping for Christmas décor in L.A. “Ava seemed very comfortable with Abbie,” says a witness. “Ava picked a wreath and Abbie put it around her head as a joke. They were both laughing.”

It would be good for the kids if everyone gets along, so let’s hope that is the case here.

Lead singer of Soundgarden and solo artist Chris Cornell is going thru a nasty post divorce settlement involving private investigators, property disputes and now breaking and entering. A private eye hired by Cornell’s ex, to serve papers to the rocker, broke into the rocker’s Beverly Hills pad, used his bathroom and was caught on camera by Cornell’s surveillance system. 

The gumshoe had been hired by Cornell’s bitter ex-wife, Susan Silver, to serve the rocker with papers stating that she was suing her ex over the ownership of 15 guitars. But when P.I. Matthew Turner showed up at the house, Cornell wasn’t home and he let himself in. Too bad it was all caught on camera.

Not much of a private investigator to NOT know about a surveillance system on the house of the people you are WATCHING. What a tool.

Indie film darling Ryan Philippe has admitted to feelings of despair and suicide after his marriage to actress Reese Witherspoon went down the road of most Hollywood Hook-ups: Divorce.

In a surprisingly candid confession he told UK magazine Man About Town: “After the divorce I wanted to die. I was ready to kill myself. I was not taking care of myself at all. I would wake up and cry and vomit.”

Witherspoon’s paycheck and bankability in Hollywood was rising while Philippe’s was not and among other things, (including rumours of affairs on Philippe’s part,) this is speculated to have contributed to their break-up.
