Dianna Agron At The 2012 SAG Awards

 Dianna Agron

Dianna Agron bucked the black gown trend and wore fuchsia to the Screen Actors Guild Awards.   Her Carolina Herrera gown was light, flowy and very pretty, but seemed a bit old for her.   Great choice of color, though!

Lea Michele Shows Off LOTS Of Leg At The 2012 SAG Awards

Lea Michele

Glee star Lea Michele chose a daring dress for the Screen Actors Guild Awards.  The silver Versace gown featured bandage strips on the bodice and a flowing skirt slit waaaaay up to there.  Yeah, right there.   Michele has great legs and should rightfully show them off as she sees fit, but once again I find that she’s just trying too hard.   We know you’re young and hot, girl, without you pointing it out to us at every opportunity.

What did you think of her SAG Awards look?  Drop a comment!

Emma Stone: Adorable & Glam At The 2012 SAG Awards

Emma Stone

The Help‘s Emma Stone totally rocked her look at the 2012 SAG Awards on Sunday.  She chose a tea-length Alexander McQueen dress with an embellished lace bodice, and gorgeous stilettos with a peep toe and an ankle strap.  She managed to be adorable and totally glam at the same time. Pardon me for gushing, but I really loved her ensemble!

Stone had a very special date for the evening:  her mom!

George Clooney & Stacey Kiebler At The 2012 SAG Awards

George Clooney And Stacy Keibler

George Clooney and Stacy Keibler made a stunning couple at the 2012 SAG Awards on Sunday night.   Clooney lost the Best Actor award to The Artist‘s Jean Dujardin, but he is clearly winning with his current honey.  Stacy wore a black lace gown with a scalloped neckline by Marchesa.   I love it, and I can’t wait to see what she wears to the Oscars.

Sofia Vergara At The 2012 SAG Awards

 Sofia Vergara

Sofia Vergara wore pink at last night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards.  Her strapless gown by Marchesa featured a structured bodice that reminded me of wings getting ready to fly right off her chest.   (Oh dear, I think I’ve now officially looked at too many SAG Awards red carpet photos.)

Vergara looked great of course; then again, she is the kind of person who could wear any old schmatte and make it look fabulous.

More views after the jump, including a photo of her wielding her statuette from Modern Family‘s Best Comedy Ensemble win.  Congratulations guys!

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie At The 2012 SAG Awards

Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie both wore black to the 2012 SAG Awards on Sunday night.   Angelina chose a halter dress by Jenny Packham that was just about as uninteresting as Jennifer Aniston‘s DGA dress.  (Oh dear, I just pitted Angelina and Jen against each other… that was a cheap one, wasn’t it?)

Most folks don’t care what designers the men wear, but in case you’re curious, Brad’s suit is by Balenciaga.

Octavia Spencer At The 2012 SAG Awards

Octavia Spencer

The Help‘s Octavia Spencer looked elegant in a gray gown by Tadashi Shoji as she walked the red carpet at the 2012 SAG Awards.

Her date for the evening was Josh Hopkins of Cougar Town.  She explained her choice to Giuliana Rancic of E!:

“I decided to rob Cougar Town– I’m a cougar tonight, but Josh is my dear friend, so I’m not going to put my claws in him.”

Spencer had plenty to celebrate later in the evening:  she took home the award for Best Female Actor In A Supporting Role.    Congratulations!

Jayma Mays At The 2012 SAG Awards

Jayma Mays

Jayma Mays looked picture perfect at the 2012 SAG Awards.  Her sparkly black gown by Reem Acra featured a keyhole back with a lace panel.   She’s got a great sense of style!  If you’re going to walk the red carpet at an awards show, it might as well be like this.

Jennifer Aniston At The 2012 Directors Guild Of America Awards

Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston chose a safe and predictable little black dress by Dolce & Gabbana for the Directors Guild of America Awards on Saturday night.   She has great legs and should rightly show them off, but I find this look kind of ho-hum.

Kristen Stewart Lands Balenciaga New Fragrance Campaign

Kristen Stewart‘s love of edgy couture has paid off for the young star.

Twilight‘s Bella Swan has landed the campaign for the Spanish design house soon-to-be-announced new fragrance and will front the forth coming ads for the scent.

“Balenciaga has always stood out to me,” Stewart said. “Even when I first began to consider fashion and admittedly rarely knew the brand I was wearing, I always recognized and loved Balenciaga.”

“It feels full circle to be involved with something that spoke to me then and of course continues to excite me now,” she continued. “The brand is just cool. That’s the way it is. I feel drawn to it. It provokes on a number of levels. It isn’t afraid or contrived. It hits a very cool balance, always. Always pretty undeniable.”

Creative Director Nicholas Ghesquière is fascinated with Stewart and says her personal style “embodies” the new perfume.

“Kristen embodies the modernity of the new Balenciaga fragrance with her unique sensibility and intelligence,” he said. “From her early appearance in Panic Room to her independent choice of Welcome to the Rileys, I’ve always sensed her progressive character.”

“In 2006, I invited her to appear in a project shot by Bruce Weber. Since then, I’ve always wished to collaborate with her further, knowing that she shares the radical spirit of Balenciaga.”

Stewart has three films for release next year. The adaptation of Jack Kerouac‘s On The Road with Garrett Hedlund, Snow White and The Huntsman with Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron and of course, the final installment of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2.
