Nick Bollea aka Nick Hogan was sentenced to 8 months in jail plus 5 years probation in which he will have to serve something like 500 hours of community service, he isn�t allowed to drink and his driver�s license will be revoked for 3 years.

That�s what I call justice!! Someone has to show these irresponsible celebrity kids or young celebrities that it�s not ok to do whatever they want cause they are too rich or too famous to be punished.

“I would like to apologize to the Grazianos and to my family for the accident. Every single day I think about the accident and about John,” Bollea said in court.

He then turned around to look at the Graziano family and said: “I will never ever be able to say I’m sorry enough.”

In delivering his sentence, the judge specifically asked that Bollea use his community service to do something positive “that reflects what John did in his service to our country as a Marine.”

Citing Bollea’s age and his lack of any prior criminal record � beyond a series of speeding tickets that the judge deemed as showing a “cavalier” attitude behind the wheel � the jurist decided not to force Bollea into guilty verdict, meaning his “no contest” plea will stand. He also will not have a felony conviction on his record once he turns 18 later this summer.

“I think there is an understanding of what happened, and there is a sense of acceptance of responsibility,” the judge said, explaining his decision. “There is nothing that the court can impose that is close to what John has dealt with or will have to deal with as he moves forward.”

John Graziano, who was with Nick in the car, was seriously injured in the accident and he will need medical care for the rest of his life. This is when I feel that sentence is not enough�

CSI actor Gary Dourdan was arrested yesterday in Palm Springs for possession.� He allegedly had heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, and prescription pills.

TMZ reports that the cops found him asleep in his car at 5:21 in the morning. He was taken to a Palm Springs jail where he later posted $5,000 bail and was released.

This is Gary’s last season on CSI.� Such a shame, he is so cute!� Hopefully he will get his act together and we will see more sexy photos of his green eyes and less mugshots!

Model Angie Everhart, 38, was arrested early Thursday morning for DUI.� She was held on $15,000 bail, but was released later in the day.

Some people are saying that she has been a wreck since getting dumped by Joe Pesci.� Yeah, you heard me, the 5’10″ model was dating itty bitty Joe Pesci.� Sounds to me like he hit the lottery when he started dating her, so why would she be so sad and do something so stupid?

Wesley Snipes, aka Monroe Hutchen, was found guilty for tax evasion and was sentenced to three years in prison in Florida today on tax evasion charges after a jury found him guilty in February.

Snipes failed to pay taxes for three years resulting in the government claiming he owed nearly $3 million dollars. However, his attorneys claim that he owes only $228,000.

His lawyers requested that U.S. District Judge William Terrell Hodges limit their client�s sentence in a hearing this morning. They thought he should get no prison time and no fine. Instead, he received the maximum penalty.

Snipes was acquitted of three other similar misdemeanors as well as two felony charges of tax fraud and conspiracy.

Remember when Richie Sambora was kind of hot?� It’s kind of hard to imagine, judging from this mugshot!

Sambora was arrested last night for DUI in Laguna Beach, CA. TMZ reports that cops pulled him over before 11pm after they noticed he was driving erratically in his black Hummer.

Richie entered rehab last year, but it looks like he needs to go back!

In his defense, if you had downgraded from Heather Locklear to Denise Richards, wouldn’t you be hitting the sauce, too?

American Idol‘s token rocker chick Amanda Overmyer is known for being a nurse, driving a Harley, and looking like a skunk. But, she wouldn’t be true rock-n-roll without an arrest or two in her past, right?

Showbiz Spy reports that Amanda was arrested on October 14, 2006 in Crawfordsville, Indiana for drunk driving. She also has a string of driving offenses including going 100mph in a 45mph zone and running a red light.

Redmond O’Neal, the son of actors Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal, has been busted for DUI and drug possession.� This is the second time this has happened to Redmond.

On January 26 at around 3:20 AM, Los Angeles County Sheriffs pulled over the 23-year-old for speeding on PCH in Malibu, and arrested him for DUI, felony possession of heroin and methamphetamine. Redmond was released on $10,000 bail. No court date has been set.

In 2005, Redmond pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and methamphetamine. According to the National Enquirer, Redmond has been in rehab a dozen times.

In 2007, Ryan got into a fight with his other son, Griffin, after Griffin allegedly tied Redmond to a staircase. Griffin claimed to have found Redmond unresponsive and feared his brother had overdosed, so he chained Redmond to a banister to prevent him from leaving to get drugs.
